Online Purchase Reports & Reviews (3066)

I bought 4 airline tickets at $265.68 each for Delta airlines from Omaha to Cancun. After I bought them online, I received a call 1 hour later saying those tickets didn’t exist but they could sell me tickets for $611 each, charge my card again for the difference in price, then send me a voucher to use with their company again. I declined & said to just refund my card because the trust is broken at this point. They said they couldn’t refund my card until February. When I called Delta Airlines, I was told that flight didn’t even exist.

Went to website fabulousgear.com , i was clicking on items when was directed to another webpage in Wich I purchase collectable item on 10/20/22. Now looking at website URL I was directed too, I should have stopped there.

https://****.*********.cfd/ , ALPINESTARS item purchased was supposed to come in 1 to 2 weeks did not. Went back to website but could not find link to the product page I bought from. It was gone! They replaced with total different page. I used there contact info but to no avail. Never got back to me. That's when I search about this company online people said stay away 99% scam. Never recieved anything, one person received a well wrapped 99cent pen? Instead of order???? I take 60% blame for this for not checking company. The thing is the Money was taken and deposited from my credit card to Fabulousgears.com, they are running multiple fake websites.........

It is 11/22/22 and currently working with credit card company. Not counting on anything but they did open a case...

Scammer Leeds you to believe that it’s a limited time promotion at amazing prices. Onisa, google it and see for yourself

I ordered two tires that I never received. They claim a package was delivered. My credit card company states that clothing was in the packaged delivered. I never order clothing online.

I have security cameras all around my house. No packages were delivered on the date stated.

The person was pretending to sell dogs. I inquired and was sent pictures. They requested some information (any animals or kids, do you have time to take care of the dog?). After I was "approved" they asked me to send my address, my name, and nearest airport. They had me sign a contract then asked me to send a downpayment of $400 to somebody name Kywuan Griffin, [email protected], their financial cashier...I googled and this is someone living in Illinois with pictures of himself holding money. I questioned this and was told that this is someone who is family oriented and is Christian and would never go against the bible. I immediately stopped responding and have now received two more emails asking if I've sent the money.

Today at approximately 9:59 AM my local bank contacted me regarding fraudulent checks that were trying to come through my OLD business account that has been closed for quite some time due to fraud. The fraudulent checks contain information of another company that I am not familiar with, but the checks contain my old account number which is why my bank contacted me with this information.

They had tires posted on a professional website that they made look like a store. The option to pay was PayPal. They provided a tracking number after a couple days and it ended up being a 6 Oz package that wasn't even at the post office. They won't reply to emails and the phone number isn't a working number

website with no identification as product coming from China. Lists name brand shoes, when they came and I needed to return them that's when I noticed it was from China. Shipped to Los Angeles and then to San Diego. Communication with them by email did not result in my being able to return, they state on site you can. In reality they said it would be a long and prolonged process!

I placed an order on 10/20/22 and paid via PayPal. I was notified that the item was out of stock the next day, but the store declined my refund. I have attempted to contact the store multiple times over the course of a month without any success in refunding my account. Additionally, they are unable to be messaged on PayPal.

They reply back on emails saying they're going to refund, but it's been 5 almost 6 months and no refund and just lies upon lies from them

I attempted to purchase a “magic” Christmas tree from this company and when I reached out about my order because it hasn’t shipped none of the contact info is valid.

Ordered products on their website. Received one which they ordered through Amazon. It doesn’t work and they state I have to pay for the return and 15% restocking. They took my money and ordered from Amazon! Also gave me a fake tracking number for my second order, which I never received and had to open a dispute on

They offered a pallet of electronics for 80.00 I received 2 Xbox game controllers they wanted to refund 20% of my money after amitting there add was misleading

The company was selling this beautiful 7.5 ft Magic Christmas Tree for $49.95 and offering free ornaments. I received a scarf in the mail and sent numerous emails to the company asking where my tree is and no response to any of my emails. They do not have a phone number or address for their company on the website, only means of contact is via email. My lesson learned to always make sure they are reputable before purchasing something

Bought a suitcase on 10/27/22 on website: nineallaone.com.

According to my order documents my address is correctly listed on my receipt. I had a tracking number to follow my delivery and it arrived to a PO BOX in a different state a few days ago. Per USPS my item was never addressed to my residence and had be intended to go to that PO Box from the beginning.

Ordered a silicone doll and accessories that was advertised to be “lifelike”. Received a plastic doll. Complained and they offered $5-8 off the purchase price. This was not acceptable and I just want to return it. They say it’s from China, although they have a Missouri address. Agreed to have it returned at my expense, paying for first class shipping to China!!

Purchased a custom painted phone case on February 16, 2022. Estimated time disclosed to receive the product was 6 months. It’s now been almost 10 months and nothing received. I’ve sent multiple emails and multiple instagram messages to the seller, and cannot get a reply. I’ve requested money back several times. I’ve even called the number on the website, which takes you directly to a voice mail and you never hear back. Attempted to dispute with my bank that I paid with and since it’s been longer than 6 months, they cannot dispute it. Absolutely a rip off

Saw an add on Instagram, clicked the linked and was directed to website www.boxergreen.com. Placed an order, received a confirmation number and a few days later got an email with a tracking number. I continued to track the package and after a few weeks, it said it was delivered. It was not delivered. I've sent several emails to the two email addresses given - one in the tracking email and one from the order confirmation on the website. No response. The tracking website reviews all say orders were never received and it's a scam. The phone number on the website is +447723598988. Not an 800 number.

Some sale ads came popping up on my Instagram account, saying huge sale for Samsonite luggage sets, which I purchased and it gave me an confirmation email and order number. But when I tried to follow up for the delivery date there was no phone number associated and the email address was not associated with Samsonite as well and their fake website turned out to be a deceptive website with the warning of possible information theft. So I called the original Samsonite customer service and they said they do not have this order number or email address in their system and it was a total scam. I called my bank immediately and Im pursuing this fraud/scam here as well. And I have all the emails, purchase confirmation, payment receipt, and other documents if needed and I'll provide them.

The interesting thing is that they try to fake sale “Samsonite” luggages and using another brands name “aldo” for their fake website “aldostores.shop” and the location said Singapore.
