The scammer Yulina Sergeevna contacted me on Facebook Marketplace wanting to buy something I was selling there. She told me to use Zelle so she could pay for it first then her brother would pick the item up later. I set up a Zelle account then received a message saying my account was limited and in order for the payment to be deposited into my account it had to be upgraded to a business account for a fee of $300. I checked with my bank first and was told it was a scam and I had them immediately delete my Zelle and up the security on my bank account. I never received any money in my Zelle or bank account even though she stated that it was sent. She only got my address to pick up the item and my phone number. My name is already on Facebook and Facebook Marketplace. I was lucky but others may not be.

Please do not order from Kim Zolciak Beirmann AKA the Biermann box. I joined their subscription and have not received the product now I lost $161.00 and the company closed the website and does not answer emails. I sent emails for several weeks and no one responded. Due to it being a subscription my cc company won’t dispute it because it was charged months ago. This company and the post on Instagram are fraud.

The photo below is not what I received because it was never sent and the company has not contacted me about a refund and has not returned emails.

I ordered the livia device on March 3 2022 and signed up for the monthly subscription where they were supposed to send me gel pads for this "miracle cramp reliever" every month. This company charged me for the device and then again every month for the subscription. I have received a total of nothing from them. They do not have anywhere on their website to cancel the subscription and so when I call they give me the run around and wont cancel it. I called them again today and the lady I spoke with said the monthly subscription is not for gel pads it is actually for the warranty on the device....which is not what their website says when you order. I told her that either way I have never received a single thing from them and I have tried multiple times to cancel the thing with no success. She only stated she would request a cancelation once I advised her I was going to go to the police station and ask them to talk to her for me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said "oh we don't have those here". I highly advise every female looking for relief to skip right over livia's website as I am still subscribed and they have only put in a request to cancel the subscription. I will be canceling my card today so they can no longer charge it and just cancel the subscription that way.

we find ad on craigslist out of state, and contact the cleburne truck equipment, purchased two used equipments, without asking, they send over their used motor vehicle license, EIN, and web site, and vedios. looks like a legit company, they request us to sign the purchase order then send us their wire information which is not cleburne truck equipment, it's the third company name SGMOTORMANGEMENT LLC. after we wire money full amount, they said they will arrange the shipping right away, after two days, they said it will arrive about a week. we called in between to follow up due to the driver's number that truck company provided can never be reached out. the truck company said they have a little delay due to broken tire. then give us another delivery date and time, on the delivery date, nobody picked up their phone, no body delivery anything, nobody return our phone calls. we waited the whole day for nothing.

Gun News USA offered a GPS tracker "free" for just $7.97 shipping & handling. On the order form where I entered my credit card number, nowhere did it say that I was agreeing to be enrolled in "Bargain Deals Warehouse" for a monthly fee of $59.96, cancellable within 48 hours, nor the "Tailor Made Fit Application" for a monthly fee of $39.93, cancellable within 3 days. Once I discovered the charges on my credit card statement, I tried contacting the company, first via email to Gun News USA, but that was returned as undeliverable. I next tried calling the phone number on my statement, which belongs to the company otherwise known as "COMPETENTIMPROVEMENTHO" as found on my statement. I never was able to speak to anyone. The automatic recording just kept saying that "All operators are busy and someone will be with you in 2 minutes." 5 days later, I finally was able to speak to someone and they said that I agreed to their Terms and Conditions when I placed the order. I finally found the title "Terms and Conditions" at the very bottom of the page, in grayed-out letters. When I clicked on it, it did, indeed, reveal that by ordering the GPS tracker I was agreeing to subscribe to those two things, and gave the phone number (a different one than I had on the statement) with instructions on cancelling subscription. I am registering this complaint because of the deceptive way they are able to charge your card for at least one month before you become aware of the charges.

This company did not deliver the product, nor would they update when contacted after once initially contacting.

The company looks legitimate with a proper SSL certificate, but I would highly advise against.

I have had the google extension "honey" for years and every time you would make a purchase, it would look for coupons to apply against your purchases for discounts. On August 30, 2022, I received notification on my phone through "PayPal" that a purchase of $49.48 is being charged. I immediately went on "PayPal" to find who would be making such charges as I didn't remember making any purchases. Charged to my account was the amount above by "honey" for a gift card from Walmart. I immediately contacted "honey" that I didn't make such purchase and I wanted the charge to stop. I received a reply back stating that it will take up to 14 days to make such correction. As of September 1, the money has been taken from my bank account.

Ordered $678 worth of tires in May 2022. Once I found out that they were going to be delayed (which was not communicated upfront), I canceled my order, also in May. My cancelation was acknowledged, however I never received my money back. After many emails, unanswered phone calls and no responses from the "accounting department", I began trying to process a chargeback with my bank. Unfortunately, without written confirmation from accounting that they accept my request to get my money back for goods never received, I have no recourse. Imagine that, I cancel my order, they acknowledge that I have canceled and will process a refund, yet I have to get further documentation in writing to get my money back?? After a brief internet search, I came across MANY other people who have had the same problem with this site. I even joined a Facebook group of over 75 people who are trying to get their money back.

Ordered and paid for parts, after they originally said it was in stock but than after they received my money they saidbit was backordered. Never refunded my money. Phone number they have never gets answered. Fake address. All thebpositive reviews are fake. Look at their negative reviews all the same story about not getting refunded. Fake company with eleaborate website and social media

This is a Facebook ad company. They sell Women’s clothing (faith based). I ordered 4 tops and they sent confirmation email showing $87.66 charge but bank shows $100.31. The tops look so cheap and the lettering is half off one of them. They don’t remotely look like they do in the ads on Facebook. They say you can return with no hassle. They claim to have 24/7 customer service but never respond to my emails requesting a full refund. I asked them how do I return the items and no reply. I contacted my bank to dispute charges. Order made via website on 8/24/22 w/ additional money being paid for next day air. 6 days later & the order has not been received, the merchant is not responding to email communications. There is no physical address or phone number to contact.

It’s been right at a year and I am a seller on Fb market place and hundreds of times per day from different profiles and different pics of people these people I know there’s more than one because they told me many people are working there and I know it’s foreign people but hundreds of times per day they ask can they have my phone number they want to purchase an item and there Fb doesn’t work or they want to make a purchase and need my phone number and they’ve hacked my market place account and they have sent me my own old profile asking me to buy something and they need my number I’m so agervated I can’t turn volume or ringer on because of these people I have between my husband and I reported harassment to Fb market place hundreds of times they didn’t acknowledge us and I just can’t shut it down because I need to sell my clothing and stuff please someone somehow make these people leave me alone we had a miscarriage a few months ago and they wouldn’t let up me begging them im just at my Witt’s end.

We contacted them regarding a puppy for sale on their website. Asked some questions and then they sent a questionnaire to us. After emailing back and forth and talking on the phone they sent us a contract. Filled that out then sent $400 (half of the money) through zelle App. Realized it was getting sketchy when he would not provoke vaccination records. He blocked our number and many attempts of getting money back.

This company lists appliances for sale with pictures on OfferUp. They use multiple accounts to post the same item that isn’t available. They don’t have a phone number and say to come into the store on the posting.

When I went to the store they did not have one of the refrigerators posted for sale in the store. Not one!

Found ad on Facebook that listed the camper as no rot and no leaks. Went and looked at camper and we could see repairs done inside and was told they have a rebuilt title and it has all been repaired. After getting the camper home we were told the whole front end of camper is rotted and the “repairs” were just over the top of the rot. Going to cost thousands to repair the camper.

An ad popped up while I was online for a car battery charger on 8/20/22. I clicked the link, entered my information and made a payment of $99.95. I didn't receive a confirmation email and I never received the product either. Since I made this purchase I noticed a random charge on my account on 8/25/22 for $99.95 from Best Savers Deals. I called the number that came up after I made my purchase and was told I had signed up for some type of monthly fitness thing and that is why I was being charged again. I asked them to cancel it and I got a new debit car.

I was contacted by email that my renewal with Geek Squad was up and I would be charged 304.4 dollars. I called to make sure I was not charged. The more question I asked the more red flags came up! Their English was very broken, the call was very unprofessional and they asked me to punch in numbers for a web address to cancel. NOTHING was right! I asked to speak with the manager. The manager had an attitude and when I let him know this was a scam he stayed quiet and hung up on me. I did research and sure enough.... It is a scam. The logo is not even the real geek squad logo.

On August 25, 2022, I was scrolling on my phone ( on Instagram) when an add from what I thought was a trusted hair page that I order from before popped up on my screen. I clicked on the link (https://www.luvvehalr.com/products/brianna-hair-%F0%9F%94%A5hot-curly-wig-honey... and seen they were having a deal no girl who wear wigs could turn down. 3 wigs for $60 or 6 wigs for $100. I clicked my 3 wigs and ordered.

This website pretended to be Luvme Hair (https://shop.luvmehair.com/collections/luvmehair?gclid=CjwKCAjw3qGYBhBSEiwAcnTR... which is the site I’m familiar with. The Luvve Hair company is posing as Luvme Hair company which is a scam! They use Instagram to target people. They don’t have an Instagram page or any social media for that matter. In their contact they have the Instagram logo as if they have an Instagram page. I can no longer find the add that got me on their website. My payment is still pending and I plan on disputing the payment. My sister contacted the Luvme hair company and asked was the Luvve Hair apart of their company and they said it was a fake website. This led me to do a deeper dive into the website. They don’t have an address, phone number, or reviews! This is very misleading and heart breaking knowing someone is posing as this website and is scamming their customers! They used Luvme coupons and copy right this is why Inthought nothing of it! This is dangerous for the customer and the business their posing as. And as a business owner I feel deeply for the actual business ( Luvme Hair). Please help me get justices for Luvme Hair and I!
