I own a home inspection company. A man reached out to me asking if I was available on Jan. 27. He stated that he is on vacation and he wanted the inspection done prior to his arrival home. He also stated that he is not using a realtor. He gave me a local address that was a brand new construction. He asked for an estimate for the general inspection, radon testing, and termite inspection. He said he was going to have the mold guys take care of the other inspections in the house.

I gave him the estimate and we agreed on a time. He said the mold guys would be there too. I asked for his last name and email address. He texted back with the name of Davidson Robert. He insisted that I call before heading over to get the lockbox code. He asked me to send him the agreement and my name and address so that he could have his bank send me a check. I complied.

A few days later he texted back saying to look out for the check but asked me to help him with the mold people payment. He said that he included their payment in mine because his Zelle account wasn't working. He wanted me to cash the check and pay the mold people off.

At first I agreed to it, but after thinking about it, something didn't add up. I did a little research about this and found it to be a type of scam.

My first order was placed July 8 2022. The money left my account on 11 July 2022. My second order was placed 31 August 2022 and left my account 1 September 2022. The “business owner” has been stating for months, if not years about shipping and manufacturing delays. The business put forms out for submitting refund requests via gift card or original payment method. I submitted a form for my first order to be refunded in October. My money was never refunded. I attempted to contact the company via email, Facebook, and their website with no actual response. This has been an on going situation with hundreds of people who have ordered shoes from Rachael Bloom Dalfonzo/Monkeyfeet USA.

I was in touch with the stylist via instagram. I don’t know people here so I searched the internet. I ended up booking her on style seat. She contacted me to send her a deposit and said we would be good for that day. She asked for the deposit on the 5th but it’s not due until 3 days before but I did it anyway. She had me send it through cash app. The 16th finally came she sent me to an address in Phoenix 3001 w Indian school road. I get there the building has gates around it. A couple windows boarded up. I contact her on both numbers she gave me, ig Facebook and email no response but she has been active and still taking appointments. Still no response

Did a google search and found a wagon. went to website and read descriptions. Purchased and gave credit card information and personal information. They never delivered the wagon. After speaking with them they showed they delivered it to another address in another state. I wrote the company and they kept giving the run around for months.

Purchased a product and when I tried to return it the customer service person acknowledged my request to return the item but wouldn’t return the product. I can no longer access the website and they are no longer responding to my emails.

I saw a post about a yorkie puppy. The lady only wanted a rehoming fee. Then she messaged me said she needed 100 deposit and was to meet her the next day around 430 at our local Walmart.

I let her know that we were there.

She said that she needed the other 100 dollars in gift card and not cash.claimed she was taking the puppy to the vet to get a injection then she messaged me back said she was the vet.

Yesterday she messaged me saying no card no puppy you lose

Company advertised an engraver/etcher for sale $49.99. They use an unknown delivery company. They send the package labeled “online seller” as the return address and it includes a random item. I contacted them to say I hadn’t received the item I ordered yet and they said it was delivered on 1/7/23. It was a set of earmuffs; not what I ordered. They advertise 7-15 day delivery from CA but they are in fact in China. They will not respond anymore. There are a lot of people who received earmuffs while some received a calligraphy pen. Some haven’t gotten anything. They refuse to answer my request for a refund.

Do not order from mooch-store.com. They will never ship your order and not respond to any methods of contact.

Freecash.com has offers on their site which they say they will pay for completing. Most offers will cost you money to complete. Well they compensate you for about 1 out of 20 offers or at least in my experience

I initially emailed them back in November to check on my order status and this was the only response I’ve been given. I have emailed them, since this, at least 7 more times and haven’t gotten a single response back. So they took my money and told me they can’t even track my product. It’s not been over two months. This is the original email I messaged and the one I provided in earlier statements was what they responded with: [email protected]

This company bis advertising Clark Brand boots on sale but the product received is not Clark very low quality from China. They won't answer attempts to return product

I ordered a product from this website but never received my order and then requested a refund for the mount and did get any response about my refund.

I attempted to purchase concert tickets from a person on Twitter. I payed them through zelle the amount they told me the first time. After, they said they needed $106.50 before they could send me the tickets. I sent the remaining money on a digital gift card and they kept telling me they did not receive or that they could not claim the gift card. After that I just stopped interacting with the person. They are still active on Twitter trying to sell tickets to other concerts.

I ordered an Instapot from this company. I immediately saw Chinese writing so I think it is a scam. I have contacted them via their contact page (which they say they will answer in 24 hours), as well as their support email. They have no phone number. I receive no reply. I was rather foolish to use them, but they must be fooling lots of people. I would like a refund.

I placed an order I have still not received. The email address returns my attempts to contact the seller as undeliverable

Ordered was for $246 of Christmas goods and received a pair of leggings Phone number and contact email doesn’t work. Shipped from China. Store is still active online although everyone is getting scammed.

I SUBMITTED TWO ORDERS OF USED CELL PHONES. FOR A AND ESTIMATED TOTAL OF $500.00 TO $600.00! THIS WAS AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT BASED ON QUESTIONS ON THE WEBSITE REGUARDING THE CONDITION OF THE SUBMITTED CELL PHONES. IT WAS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE COMPANY WOULD DO THEIR OWN EVALUATION AND THEN MAKE AN OFFER.

IT WAS ALSO UNDERSTOOD THAT I WAS UNDER NO OPLIGATION TO ACCEPT THE OFFER AND THE COMPANY WOULD RETURN THE EQUIPMENT POST PAID.

I SUBMITTED PACKAGES OF EQUIPMENT, ONE ON 12/9/22 AND THE SECOND ON 12/12/22! i HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM SINCE.

I SENT BOTH PACKAGES THROUGH USPS AND HAVE MY RECIEPTS ALONG THE TRACKING HISTORY THAT SHOW THAT THEY WERE DELIVERED ON 12/12/22 AND 12/16/22.

THE COMPANY ADVERTISES THAT THEY PAY THE HIGHEST PAYOUTS AND PAY 100% OF THE QUOTED AMOUNT AND I WAS UNDER NO OPLIGATION TO ACCEPT THE OFFER AND IF IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, THEY WILL RETURN MY PROPERTY POST PAID. THEY ALSO CLAIM THEY WILL SEND THE PAYMENT USUALLY ON THE SAME DAY IR IS RECIEVED.

AT THIS TIME i HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING FROM THEM NO PAYMENT NO OFFER NO RETURN AND NO RESPONCE TO MY EMAILS!

The NSJ.collection is a online boutique ran by a women who used to have many big influencers wear her product and then promote it so fans would buy from her but recently she’s been scamming and I fell victim to it. I ordered an item on the 1st of January 2023 and didn’t get a confirmation email or a estimated delivery just told my items would be “On The Way!” After a couple days passing with no email from a carrier I contacted the Boutique through Instagram since she was posting and runs the account and she hasn’t answered and tried blocking my comments and blocking my private messages to her

I ordered two of their beds on December 22, 2022, through Facebook. On January 11, 2023, I received a pair of ear muffs. I contacted the company and they said that my order shows it was delivered on January 11, 2023. I sent a picture to them of what I received with the tracking number and I have received no reply. I am in the process of reaching out to my credit card company now.
