I checked my credit card and confirmed the purchase but again, there was no transaction number or Order number associated with the charge. I looked up contact information online and found their [email protected].
The products are nothing like the photos. They are flimsy stretch fabric with very scratchy seams at the shoulders and front closure. The Fit is also very unflattering, smashing the breasts into a very small space. Again, this is not the photo that is shown on the website.
I contacted Support @Semibras.com about the poor fit, and extremely poor quality with a request to return the bras and that I had no paperwork, invoice or email concerning the purchase. I sent a screenshot of the creditcard charge. The next day, I received a response from "Scarlet" at semibras stating to provide a screenshot of the charge and the Invoice. Again, I responded there was no information provided with the order and to the see the credit card charge. I provided my address and email address. Next day, another response from "Scarlet" stating they can't find my order; requesting I send a transaction number. Again, I respond that I don't have any information and why can't they find my order from August 25th. Next day, "Scarlet" says I only have 15 days to return. I, again, respond with why can't you find my order. Next day,"Scarlet" provides the Return Policy for Semibras and that there is only replacements for poor workmanship, not returns for a refund.
This company is a scam. They sell cheap products, delay the "return" until after 15 days has expired and then keep your money.

Showed FB user in Dubuque, IA…. Stating she was listing for her sister… asked for email so sister could give me more info… then got email from “sister” addressing herself as “Dr” thst lost her husband.. piano was in transit with moving company because previous person did not pick it up. Was wanting to give to a good home if you would be willing to have moving company reroute delivery and you pay the fee to have brought tot your address. Wanting you to pay this $554-$775 in expenses to moving company through “Zelle” and is supposedly coming from San Diego. CA.
I was confirmed that this is a fraudulent moving company after I searched and reached out to a legitimate company they linked themselves to. Was told this is a common scam and fraudulent company is: wtb-trucking.com

I have heard from Klarna after many many attempts to get it straightened out. According to Klarna I have been issued a complete refund, I am now in limbo waiting for my bank, according to Klarna, to “complete the transaction” which may take 5-14 days to happen.

They gave me the Venmo name of Tijan Singhateh (Venmo of Tijan Singhateh-1) to send payment to and requested that I put "gift" as the purpose of the transfer. This all sent up flags but against my better judgement I sent the transfer which they then (like the other posts) requested a screenshot of; which I sent as well. I asked when my order would ship and didn't receive a reply for a few hours that says they're doing department would be getting in contact with me. I then asked what the usual shipping timeframe is and what method they use (the website just says "standard shipping") to which I have yet to receive a reply.
Already feeling like I got scammed I used a reverse lookup app to check the number on the text messages which came back as "spam/unsafe" and only added to my frustrations. I have submitted a dispute to Venmo and requested the order be cancelled and for a refund (like that will happen). Luckily I only wasted $270. I've wasted more on dumber things over the years but at least those things were my choice and not someone essentially stealing from me right?
Lesson learned. If a company I haven't dealt with before only accepts payment through app or PayPal WALK AWAY. And if a deal looks to good to be true; it probably is.
