Vera merchandise sold on a website offered thru Facebook. I received no order confirmation nor an order number. I have attempted to contact on an email I found online. This website was invalid. I have contacted my credit card but have not received a decision.

We received a package from Edward Miles shop containing hair oil addressed to our home and we never ordered it.

Saw an ad for closeout sale for Joann Stores. I am familiar with, and have shopped at/online there. The website looked legitimate so I purchased goods with my credit card. I missed some things, so I bought a second time with my card. I later saw a warning about this website. I called my credit card company as I saw the charges in my account. The help person that I spoke with asked me when the goods were to arrive. He said that I would have to call back after that date if I didn't receive the goods. I am 82 years old and I thought that I was aware enough not to be taken, but I see that I am not as smart as I believed I was.

The ad was on Facebook for a close out on a motorized electric wheel chair using a recorded ad from QVC as though it was being sold by them , I used a Master Card for payment of $51.21 and weeks later I received a tiny envelope form China containing a business card that said Merry Christmas and Happy New Year , that was all.

Fake ad on Facebook. Appeared to be moco boutique who’s legit. Clicked to buy jeans that were on a deep discount. Routes me to an exact website like moco using their exact employees and everything. Got an email with tracking from “findenne” tracking sent was a scam. Shipper said “other”. Reached out to moco boutique. They are aware and have been fighting to have it taken down and Facebook isn’t taking it down. I was scammed out of 36.00. Hopefully my bank will give me the money back. Been 3 weeks no jeans obviously. Tracking showing nothing now.

Used social media to take money from many for items that were never received. Also sold a course to teach social media tips and tricks and did not follow through. Gets money for subscriptions and then blocks the people from watching.

- Franklin, TN, USA • Sep 17, 2024

I found the boutique online and there was a cute dress for a good price. I have had good experiences ordering items off instagram in the past. I never received confirmation of my order and the “tracking” is fake and doesn’t even have an origin point. After checking out, I began the wait for my package. 12 days later with no word, I was charged $29.99, which was more than the dress I purchased in the first place. I was informed that it was a “subscription fee” that I supposedly signed up for. It was never disclosed to me that I was going to be paying for a subscription service. If it’s in the terms and conditions, I wouldn’t know, because when I clicked on them there was a 404 error. It’s extremely frustrating because not only do I not have the dress I ordered, I wasted an additional $30 paying for a subscription that was never disclosed to me.

Sold rabbit to me for $100. Said it came with paper and she would deliver. Then next day when rabbit was to be delivered she said we had to pay USPS $100 for delivery, I had to pay a 3rd party via Chime. When I asked what time the rabbit will be delivered she said we now have to pay another $100 for a crate fee. When I told her I don't have that kind of money she told me to have someone else pay via Chime or get a Razer card from walmart and pay her not the 3rd party delivering the rabbit. She then herassed my daughter for the money. She also told me to have my husband leave work and go put the money on my Chime account. My bank had already locked my account for fraud. I told her i did not want the rabbit and please return my money and she said no refunds. She lied about everything and took the money. She never told us about extra fees. She never said anything about no refunds. She said she would deliver, then changed it to UPSP. When I ask why I could not pay directly to UPSP, she then said they outsource to a 3rd party. I was never given a tracking number, and ever time I paid a fee, she would come up with another fee that had to be paid, and apologize for failing to tell me about it.

I ordered from a website on Facebook for shoes. Vipxsporting.com The package says it was delivered per the website, 17track, but it has not been received on my end. I'm very frustrated because I have no other information and I've contacted all the US carriers in my area that I'm aware to locate the package. I've even sent emails to 17track asking for assistance with no response from them thus far. I've included pictures of all the information that I have received regarding the order. Please help or can you point me in the right direction? I appreciate any help anyone may be able to provide. Sincerely, Staci Davis Ph: 6187412142 Email: [email protected] The company is in Hong Kong but they have advertisements on Facebook. I just want you to know they are not in IL. I only put that on the form to continue with the complaint. Sorry for any confusion.

He messaged me on instagram saying he had some great pokemon deals at good prices, then I told him I had a budget, he said ok so I paid, then all of a sudden I was paying this agency thousands of dollars to get the pack to Massachusetts. And they were telling me like everyone one else paid, you are the last one, hurry up so your package isn’t delayed anymore and stuff like that, so I paid cause I didn’t want it to be left behind, then all of a sudden, they paid the van the packages were being delivered got robbed and everything was stolen, so they wanted us to pay again to have our packages reshipped and that where I drew the line so now I have lost thousands of dollars and got zero Pokémon cards.

So I bought this dehydrated mop I'm not sure which website it was it was Instagram to talk on Facebook. But when I received them up it was only the mop head and a plastic part that goes over the mouth it didn't even have the pool. I tried different polls from my brooms and mops to see if that would fit none of them fit it when I requested a refund they were offering me $4. I denied that one and then they offered me seven so I kind of just gave up and took the seven but do not believe that it is worth the price

Saw it on a facebook ad and it look awesome so I ordered. A

Month later no shoes and no response. It was a fake tracking number, they said it was delivered to my address in Afghanistan (?) So they said after 2 more weeks (2months now) it is reshipped. But the tracking number didn’t even work and once again it was headed to "Afghanistan". Now I’m waiting at almost 3 months for my bank to return my money since they won’t.

I ordered tennis shoes on 8/5/2024. On 8/30/2024 I received a cubic zirconium ring from China with a USD value of $8.00 on the address label. I did not connect the two items until my daughter asked me how I liked my new shoes. I told her I hadn't gotten them yet. They are On Cloud brand sold by Amazon for $158.94. She said she ordered some sandals this summer and got a cheap bracelet instead of the sandals. The light came on. I got a cheap ring instead of expensive tennis shoes. Major scam!

I saw an ad on FB for Batana Oil. The ad stated but one jar and get the second jar free for $39.95. I received the product 10 days after the order was placed. I developed redness and itchiness to my scalp as well as discoloration to my hair. I sent an email at the address provided by the company which stated:
Hi Andrea,
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We will forward your issue to our store manager so we could give you an update.
Thank you for understanding.
Warm regards
CS Team
It has been exactly one week to the day and I have not received another email and unfortunately like a lot of companies there is no phone number to talk to anyone. A beg lesson learned! No more online shopping for me.
