Originally Ordered 11/16/23, Tracking#*********990 11/25/23. Scammer asked for DIRECT SIGN via email. Someone signed 'JGY' , nowhere near my actual initials. The package never arrived at my address in ** ****** ** from place of origin in ********* **. And what I ordered did NOT weigh 14lbs. I was given a BOGUS Bed, Bath & Beyond Order#2***************. I verified today with Bed, bath & beyond that their actual order numbers are 9-digits only. The item ordered only weighed 14 oz. I ordered 4 pairs of leggings. I only received 1.

I went back an forth via email in regards to the remainder of my order and always just got the response "your order will be shipped when materials are back in stock". This continued for 6 months. I asked for a refund and just got the form email response again. They have been avoiding me at this point

Offered clearance on Hoka tennis shoes. Website appeared official and used all the branding of Hoka. I never received the product nor could I find anyway to get in contact with the seller. I called Hoka and they did not have an order on file for me. I then noticed an odd charge on my credit card.

I bought a visa gift card. The gift card is called Vanilla Gift Card. I had a dispute from a merchant that I did not utilize services.....The Vanilla Gift card company required proof I submitted. I dealt 3 months with dispute. Vanilla Gift card did not refund my money and lied proof was never submitted. I called multiple times. The call center is difficult to speak to. Fraud. I researched company.....The reviews and litigation are very negative.

This company advertised on Instagram using products from BuyBuy Baby because they’re closing stores and lots of products are on sale. When I made my order, I was under the impression that I was buying from BuyBuy Baby. It wasn’t until I received a receipt via email that I realized it was a different company. I made my order at the end of November and decided to email their support in early January because I hadn’t received anything yet. I got a reply with a link to a tracking number that showed that my order had been delivered in December but I never received anything. When I attempted to request a refund, they never replied to my email. I’m just grateful that I didn’t spend more on this fake business. I lost 25 dollars but it could’ve been more.

It looked like real bath and body posting salevon facebook. I ordered several candles paid with debit card total was 31.81 ordered 12-18-23. Have never received any thing yet

They made you continually click to decline or accept an offer and I accidentally accepted an offer when I meant to decline it. Then when I called twice and sent 3 emails they claimed an order cannot be changed or cancelled because it was already shipped.

This site is selling branded products pretending to be the New Heights Podcast. They are copying and stealing the branding and design, sending terrible quality products and refusing refunds.

I ordered items. Then found information it was a scam. I went in to my order to cancle them and did. They said canceled. The next day it said processing and then the next completed. I have tried to reach out to company and nothing. I should have known something wasn't right with paying with gift card.

On Facebook they had this company called N Vince they had vanities for sale for 39.99 I contacted them they said it was legit so I ordered it then when I looked it up it said it was through storagemum and I contacted them and nothing so I’m assuming I was scammed and even though it was only $40 I still want my money back

I ordered from this company off of Facebook on 12-18-2023 and as of today (1-19-2024) have not received the jeans. Should have known better. Super disappointed in myself.

Never answered any emails. Did not give a confirmation about the order and status of the order. When filed a claim through Paypal, they asked me to withdraw/cancel my claim or they will cancel my order. I did cancel my claim and after cancelling it. They told me that they cancelled my order but still took my money.

Sale appeared as ~75% off at Bath & Body Works & I ordered $32.92 worth of items on 1/3/24. Two weeks later I realized that I never received them, saw I was charged same amount on day I ordered them. Saw name on my statement, looked up that name online & saw comments from others in same situation as myself. Called my credit card & they took info & credited my account the cost.

I saw a Balsam Hill ad on TV for pre-Christmas sale on their trees. I used Google to find Balsam Hill on the internet. Clicked on what I thought was their website because I saw their logo. I ordered a Christmas tree from a fake Balsam Hill website $42.82. The address at the top of the order was Basam Hill <[email protected]>. I did not realize it was a fake website until 4 days later when someone bought tickets to Six Flags Magic Mountain in CA $1,008.99 using my email account, phone number, credit card and pin number. Phoned my credit card company the same day to alert them to the fraudulent ticket purchase. I also received a ticket purchase confirmation and "print your tickets" here link email from Six Flags Magic Mountain. My Credit card company allowed both charges to be posted to my account. Forward two months after their investigation the credit card company said the charges are my responsibility. I now realize the credit card company never assigned my complaint a case number. I should have reported it online instead of phoning because there is no read of me calling. Credit card company said I cannot appeal their decision. So besides being the victim of credit card fraud I am also the victim of unscrupulous credit card company. Two kinds of fraud.</[email protected]>

The scammer sent a letter titled mandatory beneficial ownership reporting (form 4022). The letter went on to say pursuant to the United States corporate transparency act, and acted by Congress businesses are required to report their beneficial ownership information etc. it is asking me to pay $117 disclose my personal information and signature and gave me a deadline or I will be fine $500 for each day after the respond by date and can be fined up to $10,000 and two years of imprisonment.
