I ordered clothes online through a Facebook Ad. I never received any emails confirming my order but my credit card was charged what it said I would be charged. A month later, I opened my mail this week and found a diamond ring. It has a return name and address on the envelope. I didn't order the ring and no one else in my house did. I googled the ring and return senders name and found that people all over the US have received a diamond ring from him-most likely fake. Mine had a strong scent so I was nervous it had a drug on it and ended up calling the cops. The cops hadn't heard of that scam and said to keep the ring. After the officer left and later that night is when I decided to google it and found the information. The sender's name is **** at **** Hacienda Heights, California 91745. The website of information I found said it is a fake name and address.

Offer on Facebook for Amazonstorepro.com that bills on credit card as apkgy.com. Doesn't respond to inquiries after order then tracking information disappeared. I filed a complaint. All of a sudden tracking information appeared and said delivered to mailbox. It is two large chairs ( obviously cannot be delivered to mailbox), and I was home the day it claims to have delivered. They sent tracking info to follow up with my local post office. Post office says tracking number doesn't exist. Now their communication portal shows error-gateway down. Definitely a scam. I will try to block payment through my credit card too.

Paid for a year of waste removal. First weeks pickup never got picked up. Messaged him it was going to be the next day, then the next, etc. tried messaging him about a refund never got anything for days. Finally got a text that said his business was shutting down he’s refund me thst day or the next morning. Never got money back. Threatened with legal action and finally got my money after him calling be obscene names.

They are not on the Internet. I

Did not realize this until after making a purchase. They have other fictitious companies on Facebook and marketplace as well. They advertise with unrealistically low prices. I was scammed. They send emails saying my purchase , a raised bed planter for only$19.99, is being delayed due to shipping issues.

They have not responded to my emails accusing them of being fraudulent

Bought a dog sectional fence

I e-mailed company told them I never received the merchandise, they said it was delivered and to contact the carrier. 2nd e-mail to them was never answered.

Saw an advertisement on Facebook for a fan that was $70 from Strictlymot. It has been over two weeks and he has not received the fan. Anytime he tries to call there is no answer and no response from the email they have listed on their website. He later researched the fan and found that it is sold other places for $100 more than the one he purchased. This scammer is using lower prices to give people a "good deal" so they will buy the product.

They used Macy's website which seemed legit enough and I ordered a toolbox which I've never received....I tried tracking the package because I got an email saying it shipped but I never was able to pull up any tracking on it then I go back to search the company for my order and it says sorry store is closed!!

Received package at my address from a “Joe Doe” at my home address that I did not order. Joe Doe’s address being 475 Supreme Dr, Bensenville, Illinois 60106. Tried looking up USPS tracking # but it turned up nothing. Do not know how they got my home address.

I ordered 3 items (2 handbags and 1 jacke) totally $250 when i paid using my credit card it switched from Am Ex to PayPal and only charged $98. When i check pay pay I did not recognize the name of the company so wrote them and got the answer try later. It seemed suspicious. I hope they don’t use my credit card.

Ordered a portable generator. Cost was 60. And the company was "bluerockt." Spelled just like that. Web address none deliverable, payment processed by a different company" Akebicycle". A site that sells bikes and it seems like a fake site as well.

Placed an order for clothing/shoes in January and still have not received the shipment. Multiple emails sent with responses of how sorry they are, they'll take care of it.... after 1.5 months they said they'd send a 2nd shipment, also never received. Tracking shows "delivered to destination" but shows no destination address. Then they said they could refund me 60% but they've faced huge losses from this, that's all they can do....

I received an unauthorized delivery thru USPS from Return Warehouse.

USPS Tracking #9274890135099315361706.

The item was useless three small spacers. Stock #STK0171042981

I believe this is called a brush scam so sellers can pad their delivery ratings on sites like Amazon. And use my name on false reviews.

Return Warehouse may be an innocent distributor, filling orders from the scammers.

Purchased furniture from seller, LoLado, via Amazon. The return/refund policy is to send items back within 30 days [delivered to my home on 4/7]. The furniture is cheaply made and requested to return.

ANM Wildflowers group on Facebook. Kayla Callahan is the owner. I paid for multiple items totaling over $500 and she took payment through square up and never sent products purchased. Blocked me on Facebook so I could not message and removed from group after questioning update on products.

Ordered CBD Gummies product made by Vitality Labs. I checked the box to buy 1 get 1 free for $63.49. The next page offered an additional product, no amount provided, no box to check yes or no, but thought the next page would address that. It did not. That next page was already the final charge to my credit card for $185.16 [$119.88 for the 2 bottles; $49.99 for the additional product w/o ability to decline; $15.29 tax]. Only on this page do you see a customer service number (000) 000-0000 and that the charge will be shown as Vanguard Keto on my credit card statement. I doubt this product will arrive, but if so, it appears I've been egregiously overcharged. The charges were seen by my credit card customer service rep the next morning. A dispute will be filed, which will take 60 - 90 days. Also, the ScamPulse.com website does not recognize Vitality Labs website address and phone number, nor Vanguard Keto as a business.

Advertised a Macy’s 20 pc cast iron cookware for 28.00 I ordered it March 3, 2023 the contact info for company doesnt exist everytime I log in to check status a different company comes up “shebuybikee” “shebikee”.. tracking says my orders been delivered I never got it and there’s no one to contact all email inquiries are returned undeliverable because they don’t exist

i attemped to purchase a bmx bike from a bmx bike vendor through instagram. vendor had me send $200 for shipping to [email protected] (maria gil) and a second payment of $1100 to [email protected] (erik harris) for the purchase price of the bike. vendor no longer responds. i did take multiple screenshots
