I bought the christmas tree on tiktok. Never recieved it. I messaged the people, they are trying to act as if it is still coming. It's not they're nothing but scammers. Im a mother of 4 i just wanted a tree for my kids. Also whoever is "pretending" to be this customer service, you **** just as bad!

This offer for Keto gummies kept popping up in the Word Search game on my phone. It was "endorsed" by Kelly Clarkston and Shark Tank. I decided to purchase and received 5 bottles of the gummies (150 gummies total), plus 2 bottles of "digestive cleanse." When my credit card bill came, not only was I charged the $59 that I expected, but an additional $199.85. Due to life happening, I did not remember to research what happened. The original purchase was 10/1024.

In mid-November, I received another delivery of 150 gummies (5 bottles) of the Keto gummies. I searched my email and found no contact info. I tried searching the business name online and couldn't find anything. When my CC bill came at the end of November, there was another charge of $199.85 about the time the new package of gummies came in the mail.

Early December I discovered a screenshot of the original purchase. There was a generic email address for customer service, in fine print, at the bottom.

I sent an email and received no response. Mid-December, I received yet another shipment of 5 bottles of gummies. I sent YET ANOTHER email to the customer service demanding that they stop charging my card and sending the gummies OR I would be contesting the charges through my bank.

I finally received a response that I could return the most recent package and obtain a refund. I shipped back the package on 12/21/24 and have delivery confirmation for 12/23/24. To date I have been offered a $100 refund--to which I replied that I expect a FULL refund because I returned the items and have proof of delivery.

I have had no further correspondence from customer service nor have I received any refund.

I tried to buy a washer and dryer set on facebook marketplace from Sophia James and she were having me do a $50 deposit for the washer and dryer and then asked for another $50 and said to send it to a cashapp account that wouldnt take it and sent 2 other cashapp accounts that didnt work. She “attemped to work with me” as she said but it sounded sketchy so i wanted my $50 back and she wouldnt return it

Tthis company had all kinds of Jordan shoes pictured on a google search and when i went to purchase a pair everything went well they had paypal set up on there site and i also recieved a usps tracking number but the name they used was from vietnam and the tracking info was showing illinois. So i ordered on the 9th of dec and was supposed to reciever by the 19th of dec....Never got my order nor did the tracking ever change and someone from" Bigprostore support supposedly" told me everything would be fine to just give them a couple more days to expidite the shoes after this email i recieved from them they never would return my emails again i have never recieved a thing from them but they got $183.00 off me

Scammer was selling many items on Facebook and i was asked to send money for down payment to hold vehicle for me to meet them the next day. I send 3 $500 payment's and then the next day went to adress scammers friend was at the door but not the scammer. Only reason i found out who the friend was i went digging through scammed Facebook they are friends

I purchased an item on Friday December 13, 2024 and I still have not received my item. The package has been sent to 2 different states and multiple cities. It’s been sent back and forth for several weeks with no delivery date in sight. It’s the second time I’ve been scammed by eBay sellers regarding jewelry and high value items. The seller goes by “paintedporches”

Please avoid the company Bilinike on Amazon. They are a scam and you will not get your product. They will take your money and then refund you once you do not receive the item for several weeks. The moment they refund you the package magically gets tracking and they intercept the package. They canceled without my permission and ruined a Christmas gift for a family member. Avoid at all costs.

Order placed for apparel with shipping quoted at 7-9 days. Order confirmation and shipping confirmation never received. Emailed company and never received reply. Says order dispatched 12/4/24 and still not updated or received. Please avoid ordering from this company. Scam

Facebook Marketplace had an ad for Dicks Sporting Goods. Turns out it was a fake website with the exact logo and looks exactly like the regular site - with all things 85%-90% off claiming extended black Friday Sale. When the order was placed something told me that didn't seem right I checked my bank account and the transaction should have said Dicks Sporting Goods in my account and instead it was listed as "Romoryxwsusd". Raised a red flag. I googled that and it is a scam that is being used on for websites like WayFair and Dicks Sporting Goods.

In 2016, I purchased items in support of President Trump. I received the purchase and never heard from them again. During 2024 elections, and unknowingly to me, Winred started charging my credit card.
Important to know, I don't remember ever working with Winred, they only showed up on my credit cards statements.
When I reached them, they told me they are the middle man for donations and the moneys went to NRSC and Trump Save America Joint Fundraising Committee. It is my assumption that they got.my credit card information from my 2016 purchase.
Here is my complaint to Wineed. I should.say my credit union filed a fraud case and received refunds for the past 60 days. Winred states they authorized two refunds, but I would need to work with NRSC and Trump Save America Joint Fundraising Committee to get any further refunds.
"Since your group has charged my credit card, I will not participate in following your complex requests for me to follow-up with other organizations. Instead, I have filed a complaint with the BBB.com and identified your activities as a scam and a Financial Abuse of Elders.
I have never authorized these donations so for me to contact another political group, is useless since I never approved or authorized any of these donations the WinRed stole from my credit Card."
