I placed an order on TikTok and they changed the address to someone else and and delivered it to someone else. I’ve been trying for contact ups but they said it’s an Amazon order but it’s now and the picture shows it was delivered to some house that’s now mine. And the phone number that comes up it’s now mine. In the order form is all my correct information. So where is my package??? Why is this happening to more and more people??

I didn’t authorize charges. The credit union couldn’t stop payment. I tried everything to get ahold of this company. No one will answer my call or respond to my emails. I want a refund and I will send back whatever it is they sent me. I had to cancel my card and get a new one because of this

Mnparts was using a fake company name with the logo as Macy's. Of course, it wasn't noticed until after payment information and emails were sent that it wasn't a Macy's purchase site. After 30 days of waiting i contacted the company because tracking now said DELIVERED even though nothing was delivered. The response was we're sorry, and give us 15 dollars more to reship . The last sentence in the communication said GOOD LUCK customer service. I just finished looking up results on the internet for MNparts and every site says SCAM alert .
