Company claimed to be having a sale to attract customers. Everything was $5.99. Took a month to "recieve" my order, but had a tracking number and coming across seas so it didnt seem suspicious. I spent $112 after tax on many dresses. Instead recieved a cheap ring worth no more than a quarter. Company never got back to me when trying to contact them.

The ad appeared as a flash sale on Facebook from Dick’s Sporting Goods, offering Birkenstocks for $40. There was a countdown on the page. Once the order was placed I received an email with a tracking number from 17track.net. When the order didn’t arrive on the day that the tracking site indicated, I contacted the email address provided with the order. I was told the order would be sent again. The person I was emailing with was quite responsive. I don’t believe the ad was real or that I will receive the product I ordered. The customer service email address provided was: [email protected]

Advertisement appeared on Instagram for a sale of denim blazers at a very low cost (about $5 a piece). Looked professionally produced. This advertisement appeared for at least 2 days.

I made a purchase online for a package of spf sun shirts and never received the goods. When I questioned them, they said it was delivered. Then, a week later they admitted there was a problem with the delivery and offered a 55% refund. When I said no they then offered a 65% refund. I told them they need to refund the full amount. I've since contacted my credit card and have reversed the charge.

I purchased GODA for Her on August 17, 2025. I paid for 5 business day shipping. As of August 29, 2025, my order is still showing “Unfulfilled”. I attempted to reach out to the Support team for an update by leaving messages; however, I haven’t received any response by Support or anyone from this company.

Tracking company was T17. It had said it was delivered, but it was not. I emailed them and they said check with your post office which I did and of course tracking number was not real. I feel so stupid! I have changed my credit card so that will help. The email they sent to me came from [email protected]

The scam was the same exact as previously mentioned. I bought a true product at first for $29.99. The product was advertised as full size and it was very very small. Not worth $29.99 in the first place. But the real loss started when they started charging me monthly thereafter when I never signed up for a subscriptions or received any additional products or services. I never gave permission for them to continue to charge me monthly or received any email or any information regarding a subscription. They attempted to charge me 2 times before I realized.

Advertised sale of clothing on Instagram - purchased two pairs of jeans that after a month, never received and when inquired they reported there was a delivery issue with the address and that my items had been returned. They said they would reship them and send tracking when available. I have not received any tracking info or correspondence since then which was two weeks ago.

I placed an order for clothes but never received the order. The order was placed on July 18, 2025. When I contacted them about delivery, they explained it would be 20-25 days. After those day I contacted them again and I feel just got the run about. The e-mail I was given to respond to them is "help"

I bought the buy one get one free on Aug2- 2025. After a while inquired wheres my order. I thought it was coming from Wy but seems really from UK. I have sent 5 or 6 email over the weeks .no reply No tracking and says order unfulfilled. Pretty PISSED! NO direct contact available or phone. Loser company!!!!!
