I went looking for air compressor clicked on the costco one. Found compressor i wanted. Went threw check out process. Never got email confirmation went to bank acount used a company in hong kong took my money not costco had to shut card down permanently. Dont trust costco web sites.

Stumbled upon a website claiming to be Costco selling a mini refrigerator for $43.73. I went to purchase it and got a fraud error. Then I received a text from NFCU asking if I used my card at YSP MysticSoulFl on 4/29/25. I typed "No" because the site was Costco. Then I got a text that my card has been booked and to call NFCU at 1-888-842-6328. I did and the woman reviewed some of my recent purchases, which were correct. Then she send me a code by telephone (not text). I put her on hold, got the text, then she asked for the code and I gave it to her. Then she said my account was unblocked. I hung up and immediately called NFCU, they confirmed that a call was made about suspected fraud, but the person should not have asked me for the code. So I froze my account, and will get an another card to be on the safe side. Yaw bet careful out there.

10 tiki umbrella sold through Costco but was a third-party seller. Had Costco logo, i received emails from arrowsales.com. when you click on the links to reivew order or visit store you get error message. I contacted Costco, they suggested it was a scam. The order number was not theirs. Unfortunate as the umbrella was a good price, too good to be true!

I was online looking for a kitchen cabinet and lo and behold Costco's popped up with a nice one on sale for $69.99 so I went and I ordered it as I thought it was coming from Costco's at the very end after the transaction went through and went through a company I have never heard of before in my life somehow they use Costco's as a header and that's what drew me in now they charged me $49.99 for a cabinet I'm never going to get I know I'm not going to get my money back and I'm sick to my stomach that companies are allowed to do this because I'm sure they're not in the United States something has to be done.
