I joined this exclusive Facebook page named Keels Deals which I'd successfully made a purchase from a different deal offer, assuming all the shared deals were legitimate. This deal turn out much different whereas, I never received the purchased item. On numerous occasions, I contacted them via their only provided option email address [email protected]. Each time, within 24 hrs, they would respond advising me to wait awhile longer. I then requested tracking information which I later discovered it was bogus. Emailing again, informing them I had not received my item according to the tracking status that reflected, delivered. Their response was they would re-ship. I waited their delivery estimate of will taking approximately 10-15 days after the shipment is dispatched. Once again never receiving. Finally, contacted them requesting a full refund which I've haven't received to this date.

A ad was on Facebook from Dicks Sporting Goods for shoes. I ordered some it was supposed to be $28.97 but they took $40.97 off my card and I never received the shoes. When I email they keep asking for my order # even tho I sent it

It was an ad on Facebook for a flash sale at Dick's sporting goods. The website the ad took me to was Dick's flash sale.com. I ordered a pair of sneakers and tried twice to put the payment through. Then didn't try again. Later on that evening, I got a fraud alert from my bank and was told the company had charged my card twice! I googled the website and it read other comments saying it was a scam. Ugh
