I responded to an ad on tiktok shop for Christmas pajamas on October 21, 2024 and was directed to Otheran.com. I ordered 33 items, my credit card was charged and I received my order yesterday, December 2, 2024. There was not one single item in the package that I ordered, instead I received one single piece of "jewelry" that I didn't even order. I want my money back.

I placed an order for some pajamas. I waited a month & the tracking information finally said delivered. I was home all day & never received anything nor did my camera catch anyone attempting a delivery. Now that i go back to the email i get an error message when trying to find my order details & the website itself looks to have changed. I reached out to the email & they replied with a bunch of excuses on where it might be or what might have happened.

The scammer used a fake ad on Facebook that advertised Old Navy family Pajamas for a bargain price. They used Old Navy’s logo to advertise their product. However, this was not Old Navy. They had confirmation emails and a tracking number that all appeared to be fake. I even reached out to the company, and they responded saying that they were sorry for the delay. They requested more account information to give me a 20% discount on the merchandise for the delay. I did not give them anymore information as it very much felt like a scam at that point. They said that it was definitely on its way. I followed the tracking information and it said it was delivered; however, I never received it.
