Left a voicemail saying it was a very serious legal matter i need to call them right away and i can consider myself served. I then called the number back from another phone and it says if u have been served a court summons they cant help but leave my info and they will call back. I then looked up the phone number and it basicly comes back up as a scam

Person called and left a message and also called my parents number saying I owed money. I called them and they said I owed over $4000 but could pay $500 I said I wanted written info they said I couldn’t do that and they hung up on me after saying I was going to jail.

This message is solely intended for ******* ****** ****** ******** ****** ****** ** * * * * . My name is Tony . I'm investigator with Patterson legal services calling in regards to a formal complaint that is in the process of being filed against you you ? I have been retained to handle the documents and legal review for that file . All evidence submitted again . She was being substantial and we've been instructed to move forward and file a civil complaint against your name and Social Security number . In accordance with the laws in your county must inform me prior to actually be taken . Do you have any further questions , or would like to hold the process I could be reached at 8 5 5 7 7 2- 3 4 1 3 my extension 1 1 2 and tell you to comply with resorting forfeiting the right to this matter outside of the legal setting and good luck…”
