Individual got an email from Paypal (Michael Hence) 1-888-334-0799 stating that they own a bill of $500.00. They wanted access to their computer through an App they wanted her to download - Team View. They wanted to access her computer.

May 10th 2019, I called PayPal to ask them a simple question. The first guy I talked too didn't know the answer, so he got another guy on the line, he immediately started telling me my account had been shut down for 10 days, and it cost me $500. He proceeded to tell me too go to a retail store to buy a google play gift card for $500. I did .I paid for it with a debit card, but it had to be used for a credit card. I gave him the no. off of the google play gift card. I went back into the store and the clerks ask what I bought the card for, and I told them. They said, I was scammed. I called my bank and of course it was already cashed. Please people if this happens to you, HANG UP. The scammer also said, he would pay me back the $500, of course he didn't. I hate that this happened to me, I was thrown off guard to say the least. I call paypal and ask 1 simple little question and it cost me $500. I thought paypal was more secure than that. I didn't even know that would happen just calling paypal.
