I'm not happy with the company I ordered a reborn baby doll and they sent a totally different one and now they're trying everything they can to not send me the doll that I ordered I paid $ 69.00 for that particular one and they're trying everything they can to not send me the right one this is what they sent me and this is the one I ordered the light skin cute real baby looking one

I bought a $70 doll from Pearl go by, I have a doll That is worth$19.70. Says so right on the package It was delivered in.Can anyone tell me how to get my money back, and they can have this $19 .70 back. I am 12 yrs old. I used my mom's credit card to buy a doll online from www.pearlgobuy.com two weeks ago and I haven't received it yet. I received a tracking number. I had to download a tracking app to see it but I still can't see it.

My niece been wanting this dam doll an I finally let her order it before I read the reviews ..she waited over a month for this crap and I spent over $40 on the damn doll ..I'm bout to go crazy on everybody at that website..this don't make NO SENSE..this is clearly not Piedra this is some cheap tiny plastic doll store doll .I can't believe these ppl flat out lie like this and are still in business that place need to [censored] down

I bought two dollars from this company in January I just received on Saturday this weekend the two dollars I ordered two different dolls I ordered 17” clever Brynlee baby doll not what I received and I ordered 11” Grace reborn baby doll girl.I received to little dolls not what anything like I ordered I used my discover card and it went to PayPal. I called them today they are going to investigate them also my Discover card will put a dispute in this is so sad I was really looking forward to getting the doors that I thought I was kidding after I spent $78.16 hope somebody can do something my name is Cathy I live in Florida

I purchased two dogs for my children from Pearlgobuy.com and it was a total mistake! After a month went by I finally received one and it broke my heart?. It was horrible! The size is super small it for into my mailbox, the dog was ugly and cheap didn't match the picture down at all! My hand is bigger than the puppy! I found a phone number to call for a refund which is 845-521-7245 and they hacked into my bank account and store over $700 for me, Just to add insult to injury????. Don't waste your time, money or energy on the fraudulent company.

Help ! I ordered 1 cat a month ago for my grandson Birthday and i just received a dollar stuffed animal . It made me so angry . I paid 25.98+7.00 shipping . I needed my money back but i don't know how to return it and contact to to the company .

I am so angry I took the bait and believed what I saw in the pictures on the online site for PEARLGOBUY. I should have known this was a scam because the items were so cheap. I should have done more research before purchasing. SHAME on Paypal for allowing money to be traded with this scamming company. SHAME on this fake and SCAMMING company! NEVER BUY FROM PEARLGOBUY EVER! SHAME SHAME SHAME

Total scam. Nothing like the realistic dogs on website. The back leg doesn't work. Sounds like a baby dolphin instead of a puppy. The material is shedding off. I wish I could post a video of this mess. Company has no phone number only email. Ordered a month ago. Just received today and requested a refund a few days after ordering because we seen the bad reviews.

These ppl should b ashamedly of themselves lying like they do..my daughter FINALLY got the doll she ordered and it is clearly NOT a reborn baby..it's a plastic dollar store doll .my daughter is only 9yrs old an didn't no there were websites that's flat out lie about the products. She spent her little money thinking she was getting the doll she wanted for so long an she got a piece of crap..she waited over a month for nothing..this website should b shut down..I took a picture of both dolls side by side but I don't no how to post it but it's completely ridiculous..an I'm really sad for my daughter an very angry she spent her little money on a dollar store plastic baby

This place is scamming people and will keep on if somethings not done. I spent hard earned money over a month ago and I just received dollar stuffed animals. It’s a joke and I’m not happy because they won’t respond when I try to contact them.

Help... I ordered 2 Dolls over a month ago, I sent a email to check on my order then I get a email that my order has been shipped but guess what.. Only one is said to have shipped! If this place was no far I would be there whopping a little [censored].. … Note still have not received them and by the looks of you guys photos I’m going to be p[censored] ?

I ordered two puppies for my kids over a month ago just got one and I'm literally crying over here? not only is it a cheap dollar store you, my hand is bigger than the dog. I found a phone number to get a refund 8455217245 and they ended up stealing over $700 more out of my bank account! ??? Wish I could find these people and send the cops straight to them for fraud!

The scammer in website as pearlgobuy.com, they advertise stuff animals, babies an other items. When you try to contact them they give you an email address service@ pearlgobuy.com when you go to that website nothing makes sense you cannot contact them phone them nothing no where to ask for refund their policy says refund within 24hours what a joke . I ordered a pug puppy stuffed for $26.99 I cannot get a tracking number nothing they are a total scam an should be shut down.

I ordered a pug puppy from this website, there is no contacting them they give you a website [email protected] but nothing makes sense. I lost $26.99 I know that’s not a lot but I have been scammed stay away from this website do not buy from them . I have no tracking number no phone number to call you try the email to contact them there’s nothing I have been conned.

If you recieved it you’d probably be more upset. I received the pug and it was a dollar stuffed animal. I prefer three different ones and I’m furious and questioning why they are still on the web.

I just received a doll that is not remotely like the one described or the photo of the doll. Much smaller and not at all lifelike. This place is a complete rip off. I have written asking for my money back.
