I ordered a reborn baby named kara waited a month. Got a store valued doll instead of a silicone life like doll like I ordered. They said they can give me half my refund and I get to keep the doll, they said because itll cost us both too much money to send it back. There's no number to even call.

They advertise a descent product but after you pay shipping and for the product. You get a $.99cent keyring/stuffed animal. The first picture is there advertisement on web page. The other two are what I got..$.99 cent toys...I paid $25.99 for each one, there was three ordered, and $8.00 for one shipment and $7.00 shipping on the other..they said they would give me 60 per cent back..This isn't what I ordered then they want me to pay return shipping...This is there fault...I should not have to pay to return them and they should refund my full cost plus shipping...Not holding my breath...

I ordered Fur Real Interactive Mighty Roar Simba's for my grandkids. I paid $25.99 each plus shipping of $7.00 for one and $8.00 for the other..The first photo is what I ordered the other two are the $.99 sent keyrings they sent...And they would work with me and give me 60 per cent refunded...I demand a full refund now after I got the second order. They don't roar or have 100 phrases like there saposto..SCAM, RIP OFF

Bought a 40.00 doll from this site. Pictures on site are not even remotely close to actual doll. Pictures look like actual real babies. Company is offering a 40% refund as they claim the cost to ship to return would be more than total cost of purchase. Classic bait and switch..they still get money. Chinese Company...horrible scam.

Twin dolls and this is what I got. I wish all these scammers get caught and do some time behind bars. This is a disgrace. I purchase 3 dolls. I have 20 grandchildren. I PRAY THEY GET CAUGHT
On top of that, they are very small, worth 10.00 maybe, very ugly dolls, fat, one of the dolls mouth is not center, their bottom is very flat and not even the same clothing. THIS IS A BIG JOKE.

Pearlgobuy is an online retailer using false advertising.

The product I bought is a fox stuffy toy (link below). The photo shows a toy fox being held by a person for size comparison. It looks about two feet long and one foot tall, and promised posable limbs. The toy we got was maybe 5 inches long, no posable limbs, and looks totally different. Lots of other people are complaining about this site online. The package came from a "Joe Doe" based in DE with no invoice, which further makes me think this company is knowingly engaged in fraud.

I recently ordered a new born baby doll from pearlgobuy and paid for an item not even remotely close to what I purchased. I paid extra for fast delivery because they guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Well i got the order January 7th. It was a paperbag wrapping of some sort and inside was a 3 dollar doll nothing even remotely close to the doll i had purchased. I asked them for a full refund and stated.they can only refund a partial payment. I should of read the reviews on this site my mistake but is there something we can all do to get this company shut down and not give them any chance to do this again to people who are suffering during this pandemic?

I can't even get on [email protected]. Toys looked nothing like the puppy's that were advertised. Hard to get a refund without proper contact. Found the add on Facebook. This is obviously a big rip off. Should know better to order off these places that make things look so legit. One bull dog was the cheapest stuffed animal I've seen in awhile, like the junk you get at a fair or community festival.

I place doll $94dollar pay extra fee for it to be delivered early after I didn’t receive it I emailed them there said it was delivered the next days I emailed them again they asked can I wait 10 to15 days more I email them and heard anything from them again the money was paid out my bank account
