I ordered a women top from Misshey Company...PJA89514 and have not received it nor can I find any tracking information. My credit card was charged on Nov 9, 2020. This company products were advertised on Facebook.

An obvious repeating scam - You only have to read Trust Pilot reviews - Avoid any "shops" underwritten by this company - Please learn from my stupid mistake and spread the word- You will order beautiful items, you will receive items that don't match the items you ordered in almost every respect ... There will be no recompense ... They must be raking it in - and contributing to environmental pollution as we ditch these items - not to mention the human cost in producing and transporting them ...
In some ways i am glad I fell for it - I am so angry I am going to keep on tearing down this company in every field I can ... please spread the word if you feel able to ...

My name is Paul Looney and I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and 1 shirt from Pearlzone on 05/21/2020 and paid with my American Express Platinum card. I have, as of this date, 007/26/2020 not received the items I ordered. On my June 19th statement from AMEX they showed my purchase had been recorded with them on 05/21/2020. I have tried numerous times to communicate with Pearlzone and have failed with every attempt to get a response from them. I have spoken with AMEX to inform them of my problem and they have told me to NOT pay that portion of my bill from them temporarily. Today, I would like to either have my order delivered or be given a credit for the failed transaction.
