I purchased the clippers and hair trimmer around May 24th online. They charged my account and sent email stating my shipment was on the way. They gave me a tracking number and it was in China June 6th. At one point, I actually tracked it to Los Angeles on June 6th, but that email has disappeared. The only response I get now is “we have received your email and will respond in 24 hours.” They never call and, if they do, they never leave a message or phone number. I am so disappointed and upset a company would take advantage of people. I am going to call my bank tomorrow and have them investigate Petacco and, hopefully, get my money back.

Paid 60 dollars for product, and never received it. Total scam. They are now under new name which is Petacc for now . They took the O off lol shame on them. Hope God strikes their bank account

I ordered thru online one of their hair trimmer for dogs since June 2. I received some emails stating that my order will receive 14 days. It's already August and I don't have any hair trimmer. No contact numbers and the shifment is scams as well. Im very upset coz the money i have that day i should use to take my dog to the vet. Hopefully this people scamming us punish as soon as possible. This is horrible experienced and it's very sad.

I purchased this product on May 24 and here it is July 31 and still no clippers. I really do not need them anymore, because I dog has passed. Their is no tracking number no respond this is a scam and I reported it to my credit card co, They keep sending you the same tracking number form China and you cannot track the product. Please do not buy this product they will take your money and send you nothing.

I ordered clippers from Petacco on 5/12/2020. I received an email stating that they would ship soon with delivery in 1-4 weeks. On 5/13/2020 received an email stating that my order was on the way. On 6/10/2020 I requested an update and was told that the order should be received in 1-3 weeks. On 7/23/2020 I sent an email saying that I would like my money refunded and noted that the tracking information was only reflecting updates as recent as 6/17/2020. I received an email stating that my clippers should be delivered in 14 days. I sent a final email requesting that they call me to discuss this issue. I received no phone call and still do not have my clippers. on 7/31/2020 I contacted my credit card company reporting this as a scam.

I ordered dog clippers in May and it’s almost August. I’ve sent several emails since this is the only way to reach this company. I get the same answer...the clippers are on their way... but they’re not. This is such a bad company. I’m calling Visa to report them and get a refund.

It took two months for one of the two items I’d ordered to arrive. With all the useless back and forth emails and reading these complaints I don’t think I’ll ever receive the second item I ordered. I’m out approximately $35 Canadian. I thought it strange that my account was charged before the items arrived. Legitimate companies don’t usually charge you until after the order is shipped. Facebook should not let them advertise on their site.

Placed an order for dog clippers in 5/7/2020 and almost in August 2020 and still nothing, I’ve emailed Laura, who is supposedly head of customer service and get the same reply each time, “ Rest assured you will receive your order and will receive in 7-14 days” these are the replies I’ve been getting since May 2020. Definitely has to be a scam.

I place an order on 5-11&12-2020 and I never received my items, they took my money and I want action taking! I keep receiving emails saying they received my message but nothing happen. It’s been over 2 months. Don’t order from Petacco this company is a fraud and stealing customer money.

Oh my God, Since I am having trouble trying to contact this company through the customer service email in which is signed by Laura also. To receive status of my order and I only receive the automatic respond I look for them scare that I was cheated. And I see all this people who have the same problem. First I received response now they are ignoring me. Facebook should do something.

I am just like all the other reports. Placed a order on 6/12/20. At that time they took 34.99 and then took another 1.05 out of my account. I have sent several emails and got the same response each time. I have not even been told that it been shipped. I read on their website that everything will be shipped in four to seven days. Also, you can only cancel thirty mins after you receive your confirmation email. If I had know that the clippers was coming from China, I would not have ordered from them. People don't have the extra money to throw away. They need to refund everyone the money and take down their website. I agree with everyone else. This is a SCAM and something needs to be done to them.
