I ordered clippers from this company in May 2020 and now it's July 2020 and I have not received them. When I emailed them to inquire, they said the shipment was on the way, but I have no tracking on the package. The tracking they provided does not work. I asked for my money back, but they said the order had already been shipped.

The Petacco website lists no address or phone number. The only way to contact them is via email. Any response I've ever received from them is automated.

I’ve contacted customer service on multiple occasions and I’m getting the run around or just ignored when I request a refund so I’m just going to take this to matter to my bank but just know this company is a scam

This has by far the worst company I've ever had the unfortunate luck to deal with, they have the adosadie to tell someone who has been waiting for over a month that the product will arrive within 3 days to a month ,and this is after you have been waiting for more than a month already remember that name PETACCO I don't know what it means but for me it means a bull[censored] company.

Ordered 2 clippers June 8, 2020. Now it is July 11, 3020. Tracking still in China. Had I known, I would not have ordered them. Groomer is still not taking clients and my black dog has too much hair for 90 plus degrees. They have my money. I believe it is a scam. I will not order off Facebook advertisements again.

I ordered my clippers in Maym it's now July and I still havent received anything. I ordered many things in May from other business and websites and have gotten all their packages.
I emailed Petacco over 30 times in the course of 3 months. And they refuse to refund me. They keep telling me my package will be with me "shortly" yet the "package" hasnt moved since early june. So here I am 60+ less rich and my Husky is still very hot. Which I did mentioned why I needed the clippers so quickly. A husky in Texas calls for monthly trimmings. With no dog groomers taking customers I restored to this. Obviously they don't care about the customers or the fur babies to help us.

I have had the same problem with petcco.
Order dog clippers in April and to date have not received them. Same response from them as everyone else, there on the way, rest assured.

I have been waiting for over 2 months for the pet clipper. I have emailed them 3 times. Same response from them...it's on it's way. Their tracking hasn't updated since June 5th. I will never order from them again. I probably will never receive the clipper or a refund. If I had known that it was coming from China I would never have purchased it. Truly disappointed. I am just going to keep bothering them.

I have had the same problem as everyone else. Been waiting 2 months and still no clippers! Several emails to to Petacco with same response. This is a SCAM everyone and you will not be receiving anything. Spread the word so we can nail these SUCKERS!

I've ordered Noise free design hair clippers for dogs May 6th have not received them as of yet and it is July 3rd I've repeatedly emailed them and it keeps saying the same thing that its in transit I asked to have my money back and I get no response can't have my money back because it is on its way . I will not be ordering from this company again I believe is a scam.

I ordered pet clipper 26th April. I was sent an email saying it had been dispatched and on the way. Still waiting, I have asked to cancel and for money to be returned, they said I can't cancel as the parcel is on the way. Do not use this company!

I bought 2 items in May it’s June it’s been a month ago I ask for my money back and never have had a response from these people I don’t even see the add on Facebook anymore except under a different name. I will not stop trying to get my money back I live on a fixed income and thought this would save me money to groom my dogs but I lost my money don’t order from these people

I placed an order with pettaco in april and it is now july still have'nt received the order or my money back. Contacted Paypal and they advised that pettaco had presented a shipping number so they were not going to refund. I will not use Paypal again either.
