I had tried to get help with debt relief online and people started calling me. I was desperate and needed help. They said they would handle things and I made small payments to them. I had sent over about $750 before realizing it was a complete scam. They've taken over my credit cards and there is nothing I can Do about it. They've changed all my address and contact info and now I can't get access

I am utterly frustrated and disheartened by this debt consolidation company's complete lack of accountability. I began a debt consolidation plan with them in 2019 and diligently made payments for five years. By February 2024, I had settled my last creditor myself, leaving a $2,500 refund balance. I agreed to a $500 deduction for the lawyer’s fee and requested that the remaining funds be reimbursed and my account closed.

I was told it would take up to 30 days to review the account to ensure all payments were complete. Given that I had already settled the last creditor, there should have been no additional review required. Despite this, I face constant unavailability when I call, and my emails go unanswered.

After the initial 30 days, I followed up and was told there was no update. To my dismay, I discovered that the $2,000 balance owed to me had inexplicably dropped to $1,800. Another 30 days later, I requested an update and detailed transaction documentation. Again, I was told there was no update and that someone would be notified.

Now, seven months later, I still have no response or resolution. It seems they have decided to withhold my funds and ignore my attempts to contact them. They were quick to impose late fees when I missed a payment, but now that they owe me money, I can't get a single answer. To make matters worse, my credit score remains stagnant since the consolidation, severely hindering my ability to start over and purchase a home. This entire ordeal is causing me immense frustration and is making it incredibly difficult to move forward with my life.

Just started they got 300.00of my money. And then 150 week All they got Right now is the 300.00

No one answers the phone! I am not sure if I have paid off any of my debt, no one will confirm. I want to stop paying them. How can I stop paying them?

I now can't fins a place to live due to that fact this company was sold to me as a consolidation company when in fact it's a “savings company” as if. None of the bills were paid nor negotiated. They had the nerve to call me and ask for monthly money, so my bills would be paid faster. I've canceled my contract and received by email today the amount in refund they want to give me. Out of over 2k, they want to give me $648 faffing dollars. I have called and told them that I'm going to contact a lawyer and sue for a full refund and more. Absolute [censored] of the earth. Everyone put it on blast on social media across the country.

I have been with this company for 2 yrs. A couple of my bills were paid off.
then one day the sheriff comes to my work. I was served with papers of a lawsuit.
the debt was $1495 to keep me from having to go to court they "settled" only problem because they did NOTHING I know owe $2710 THAT ADDED $1200 I do not think I should be responsible for that. WHAT THE HECK HAVE I BEEN PAYING FOR? I now longer want to use this service and don't know what to do

This scammer started out great, got one of my bills lowered and they accepted payments although I'm not sure if they were paid off completely.
I was severed with papers at my home by a Sheriff on 8/21/21. After paying 2 years to this heartless Scammer over 12,000.00. Which I could have paid or even filed Bankruptcy, but no I wanted to pay my debt. I'll never trust anything! Again STAY AWAY FROM

The worst kind of scam please keep away!
I started by contacting them via a page that claimed that Phillips Sellers was a great way to get out of debt. I was fortunate enough to find out 2 months in but it was the worst experience. First they claim to be so interested in helping you out. Wrong ! Even if you try to cancel within the 10 days of grace they will do everything in their power for them to keep you and then rob you!
The so called employees which are non other than scammers tell you that you have to pay 45% of the legal fees before they can even “start” with your case. That can take up to 6 months and every month they are just stealing your money.
Please NEVER AND EVER WILL YOU CONTACT THEM!

I've been paying a 100.00 a MTh for several yrs for them to fix my debt . They only paid 2 people out of 4800 dollars I have given them . I can't reach them now to stop them from taking any more money out of my acct.

I set up a debt consolidation agreement with this company. After paying $300/month for a year, I found out that none of my debt had been paid on or had agreements with as I was told. It was very hard to get in touch with these people. This company stole my money and did not help me in any way! The only way I was able to stop them from withdrawing money was I put in a prepaid card number that I dont use anymore.

Now, I still have my same debt problems that I trusted this firm to help me with and I am out over $3500! BEWARE OF THIS FIRM!! I even spoke to a gentleman on the phone that claimed to be Philip Sellers, but now I have my doubts about that. They have two addresses. The one I listed above and also: 2777 Allen Parkway Suite 1000 Houston, TX 77019. Since I stopped payments, now I can not log in to my account...says website doesnt exist. Wow. I was Scammed! THE BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY THAT KICKS PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE DOWN!!

i was scam out of $900 dollar my credit score drop more than 100 points in three months. i cancel my acount and told them i want my money they not helping me. ALL they doing is getting my money and i was told all they can send me is $300 dollar and i have to waite 4 weeks before they can put my money in the mail.All i can say these people going get want comming to them.
