A female voice answered and said, "Hello?," before being interupted by a female automated voice, that asked me to identify myself by name. I believe it said, "Could you say your name for me please?" I didn't answer for a moment and it repeated the question, at which point I hung up. I assumed they were trying to get my name and a recording of my voice.

This company does several things. 1. They use a recording that is specifically looking for People on Medicaid/Medicare and specifies Parts A & B. 2. They refuse to remove people from their calling list. 3. They are calling numbers on the "Do Not Call" list. 4. If you go through the automated recording to get to a live Person, as soon as you start asking about them or letting them know you want removed, They hang up. 5. They are using a VOIP program to mask or change their phone number to hide their true identity.

Phone call made to my elderly mother stating that someone tried to open up a credit card in her name in Dallas Texas (my mom lives in NJ). Scammer proceeded to tell her outstanding balances she had on credit cards and attempted to collect on those. I called and confronted the scammer who then used profanity and called me back to continue to use profanity. What scares me is this person had my mother's home address and last 4 digits of SS #

I received a call from 505-657-9377 which came up as a Pecos, NM number. The male caller asked for information on my grown daughter who lives in a different state. He stated that she needed to call him immediately so she could take care of something before charges were to be filed. He called back and left a voicemail stating the urgency to respond. He provided a call back number 866-392-6832 and a document reference number. Pretty sure it's a scam.

A person named Tamara called stating that I should have received a notice in the mail. (I did not receive anything in the mail). She said I had a pending complaint. I asked her what the complaint was about, she would not share anything with me and said I should have received something in the mail. I again stated I did not receive anything in the mail. She said I needed to call a 888-474-8452 number and provide file number for more info. I hung up. She called me back and left the following voicemail: "Hello this information is intended to reach (my name). My name is Tamara with dispatch services to remind you of a pending complaint that has been reported due to your failure to respond to a 30 day notice issued to your home address. Preventing the filing process for moving forward without your acknowledgement. Please contact 888-474-8452 where you will be using a file number of XXXXXX. This notification has been completed" This same person proceeded to call my mother's cell phone and her home phone.

This person knew my name, address date of birth and phone number. He explained about a one time benefit available that would send me free products such as multi vitamins, skin cream, pain ointments etc. to be delivered to my door free of charge. He seemed to keep wanting me to answer “yes” to every question. I’m afraid it was being recorded and my yes answers are going to be used for fraudulent charges
