I HAD AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO A FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE POST, THE SCAMMER WANTED ME TO TEXT THEM AND THEN ASKED TO SEND A 6 DIGIT NUMBER, I REFUSED AND BLOCKED THEIR NUMBER

I answered the phone and did not get a response. It then hung up after 13 seconds. I blocked my number and attempted to call back and it said that the phone number is not in service.

I received a phone call that took a second to connect. A woman said "Hello? Hello? Can you hear me?" I responded yes and the call was immediately disconnected. I then blocked my number and attempted to call them back and it rang for some time before saying that "the text now subscriber you have called is not available" and the call was ended.

Scammer has called several days claiming that I tried to buy something on E Bay. I gave them no information but I did call Discover to check my account and have had no transactions on that account. Caller ID also showed PLIVO an dthe #1-816-569-9311 And another call #1-603-416-8339. I have received several calls from other numbers that I am sure are the same people.

They texted pretending to be the wrong number. After telling them they had the wrong number they proceeded to continue the conversation. They claimed they were from Korea but now live in Los Angeles. Then proceed to ask for nude photos. After saying no they sent over a photo of female genitalia. We informed them we knew this was a scam but they continued to ask for nude pictures in return. At this long we blocked them.

I received a phone call with someone telling me that I was due benefits because I carry a Radiologic Technologist license in Florida. She read my email to me and asked if that is correct. The initial person had me hold for my "benefits administrator". This gentleman gave me his name as Cameron and said his federal ID number 20663974 (my first indication because he said he works for the state of Florida yet has a federal ID number. I asked him to repeat himself so I could write it down because it seemed sketchy. He said I can look it up and he'd wait if I'd like. I said that he could keep talking while I looked it up and he put me on hold and didn't come back. I hung up after a couple of minutes.

I realize this is all public information but they're definitely trying to run a scam of some sorts. .

Wanted me to confirm personal information such as SS# . Says it is a time sensitive collection matter and must be paid in full immediately to avoid legal action. When I refused to give personal information and ask for debt information was told he couldn't tell me unless I verified my SS#. I ended the call immediately. Did not give any personal information. Told him to not call again and put the number on my block list.

I received a CVS Health Quickserve Vitamin Dispensing System via UPS Ground. I did not order anything from CVS online, and as noted this had a return address in Florida.

Most likely an employment scam. I never applied to their job listing but they sent me a text on 6/16 to email my resume to their hr email.

Message was left on cell phone to contact my doctors office. 631-670-7702 ext 5205 This was not my doctor's number so i called back from a business phone. It's a whole phony set up saying that operators are busy with other patients. (My doctor's office is not that big) I did not enter the extension.

Received spam text while sincerely waiting for a delayed package.

Reads as:

"FROM: USPS

Subject: Due to an invalid address

You have a package thats need to be delivered,

but it has been suspended due to an incorrect delivery address.

If you do not update your address before 24 hours, your package will be returned to sender.

To delivery your package, please update your address by click the link below.

I had no idea USPS didn't charge for redelivery at the time until I researched it a minute after something felt odd. Also, can't say for sure, but because it happened while waiting for a delayed package that never shipped, and mid communications with that store's support, I took it for the package and simply paid without thinking. However, the clothing store is a newer start up through shopify/ads online, and doesn't seem to have credentials and seems shady. The idea of a clothes scam, that leads into a delay of redelivery packaging fee scams never crossed my mind until now, but it feels possible. No one was ever spoken to on phone or person, just texted from nowhere, and I've read some articles that said it's been a thing since 2022 at least.

The scammer. Has called my land line number previously. He knew my name and address. After giving me his name and badge number 361US. He then gave me a package number 318 689 2120 and said it contained a check for $45,000. He then asked for my bank name. I said “it’s none of your business “. He then said several very vulgar statements. I told him I was going to report him. He repeated more vulgarity and I hung up.

I have been harassed with phone calls and emails from this company asking if they could "enhance our company culture". I received phone calls on my personal email and work email when I have not given this company any of my personal information, ever. When I asked how they got my information, they did not tell me and continue not to tell me how they got my personal information.

We receiced by mail an invoice for a Patent renewal 9161558 asking to pay 3 100.00$ US = 4 295.10$ CAN. that we paid on december 6th 2022 via wire Bank Transfer. And after checking we do not own this patent.
