As described by another poster, the caller attempted to gather personal information while claiming if I paid $225, my trademark would be officially registered. They asked me for my full social security number in a rushed and authoritative way as if the conversation couldn't continue until that was verified. They then asked me for the $225. Despite their urging, I kept asking the caller questions and searching google for info on if this is a scam. It was. The person was using spoofing technology that allows them to seem as if they are calling from a legitimate organization. The number they used is registered to the USPTO, but this was not an official call. In regards to the caller, they had an Indian accent. They hung up the phone once I said to them that the USPTO says on its website they'll never ask for payment information over the phone.

The subject just said “Wells” and then 1 text stated that it was verifying a purchase made at a Kroger in Florida and then I received another text verifying a purchase at a Target in Florida. I’m sure that there will be many other texts from this same sender asking me to verify other purchases.

I was approached by somebody claim to be called Dwayne Johnson over the phone and text informing me. I was approved for $7000 loan and that I need just to fill up an online application which I received an email later on to do from Austin White. I’ve been checking their name online and found an article about them being a scammer, so I’m contacting you since I have provided my SSN, routing an account number.

Keep receiving the same email identifying themselves as Comcast, Sams Club, Ace Hardware with the subject labeled as “SURPRISE IN YOUR INBOX “ . Then they ask you to participate in a survey and they will send you money or a gift.

This is a fishing or marketing company that sends me 6 to 15 emails a day from different email addresses and domains; so many that I cannot simply block their emails. Ive called and asked them to stop. They refuse. After looking them up online, I realized this is a scam company fishing for information on construction jobs.

I get a series of phishing emails from this companies distro list, and the only way to unsubscribe from the is to mail a letter of intent to their physical address which is another method for finding personal information

Got called by this number and asked, via recorded message, to confirm charges to reactivate my card. I proceeded to the next prompt by pressing 1. Next message asked for my card number. I hung up without providing any actual information.

I got a phone call from this number a few minutes ago, which I didn’t recognize. The first thing the recording said was “can you hear me?” I said “yes,” and right as I did so I remembered hearing about the “say yes” scam. After that the message said something about saving money on insurance. I am frustrated that I did answer yes, and am concerned that I will be targeted.

They asked for my name & birth date saying they were Medicare offering extra benefits I blocked the number then today they called from this number 228-256-0548 I asked to be removed from their call list they hung up on me. I gave my name, birthdate, before I realized it was a scam !

I received a text message with my correct name and address listed, message addressed me by name stating I was approved for a loan offer amount of $80,000.00. Options to speak to an agent 800-750-6466 or to click on a weblink. They state in bold letters that "This is a federally regulated program. A rated on BBB".
