After I applied, we setup a short phone interview going over my credentials. A day after the interview, Gaby reached out to say I got the role, but she needed additional information, a signed form and my DL with a selfie, see below:
Due to our requirements for the remote position of Administrative Assistant, we are asking you to submit the following:
- your valid national ID front and backside images as well as your selfie holding it - for verification purposes (you can upload these safely here - https://phoenix-technology.com/docsupload/ or email back)
- your duly signed contract (https://phoenix-technology.com/employment-contract/

I provided this information, leaking my DL, address and my picture. Lastly, and when I realized it was a scam was this next email:

After researching more online, I discovered Reddit threads outlining this was a scam. I have since frozen my credit and blocked them on Telegram, phone and email.
