Bought as a gift for my Mom's birthday. She wears an 8, so went with the Euro size 39. Arrived a full size to small. Requested a return, and denied because they shipped what I ordered. False advertising of actual US shoe sizes! Also, the cheapest shoes I have ever seen. Weighed less than a pound for both. That tells me they would not have lasted 2 weeks. Horrible company! Scammers! They need to be put out of business for ripping of American consumers. Also, bad chemical smell, so toxic as well. Taking to a lab to determine chemicals.

I wear these at least 2 days a week and am always receiving compliments. I really love these, but they ended up being too big. I have a wide foot so I ordered a size 8 since typically that works just fine for the width. Unfortunately, these were too big in length, so I believe a 7.5 which is my actual size would've been better.
Had it not been for the blemishes and weird straps, they were exactly what I was looking for.

Shoes are [censored]! Made for not normal narrow feet and super tall thick feet no one in America has feet lime that they will not refund your money! Made in Japan, Japan cheap [censored] wish I had found this site begore ordering!
Put them out of business shoes are not s h o e s, cheap [censored] looks like a shoe! 3 inch wide soles? Smaller that a width, top of shoes do not even touch top of foot. Stupid foreigners!

A VERY BAD COMPANY! I ordered two pair of shoes for my wife. The quality of them were terrible. Not worth nearly $60 I paid for them. They would not take them back. And they offered me a partial refund of 20% and an offer of 20% off of a future order. Yeah, right, as if that's going to happen. They promised my refund in 7 to 10 days. It has now been over two weeks and nothing! I have not even received the future discount they promised. This company, to me, is nothing more than a COMPLETE RIP OFF. They sell junk, and don't stand behind their products! STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS! I so wish I had read other people's reviews before ordering.

The packaging was crap first of all when I received them. They claimed to be leather and orthopedic and none of that is true. The thing on top of the shoe was already deteriorating when I got the [censored]ty shoes. I believe it is just one household in California that has the products ordered from China because it took about 3 months to get my shoes. The lady told me that the production team does not offer refunds, she's the production team... her email is [email protected] and her phone number is 919-999-2255 however she does not answer... Apparently, I got lucky she answered my email... I filed a complaint with the BBB.

Ordered two pairs of very cute sandals size 7 1/2 and when they finally arrived they are probably a size 6 and very crappy quality. There is no paperwork at all inside the package so I already know that trying to return them would be a total ulcer. The only way I had to track them down was the charge on my master card. Shame on me for being a victim to this scam!

Ordered 2 pair of same shoe in different color. They advertised as real suede leather, orthotic. The upper material was man made - Not real suede leather, the soles were so hard you could not walk normally and even though they were buckled slipped off my heels when walking. The soles were a hard foam that smelled of some chemical, I had to put out on my deck, but no luck they still smell terrible. I contacted their customer service and they wanted pictures of the shoes plus the shipping label- which I had to send 3 times before they supposedly received. They gave me a refund of 15% refund on a $66.33 purchase ! Pulse they offered me a 20% discount on next purchase- I told them to keep that discount, because I would not be buying anything from them again ! Terrible scammers, they should be prosecuted.!

Do NOT purchase from here unless you have perfectly sized feet in length and width. They DO NOT accept exchanges or returns as they deem the exchange as you ordered it, we sent it. Then they send me a 20% off coupon, as if I would ever order from there again. Not to mention, the shoes smell like plastic, the insoles were not adhered to the cheap plastic/foam soles, the materials are disgustingly flimsy. Even if my feet fit them, they look and feel as if they will fall apart after the first or second wear. They offer them as breathable leather orthopedic shoes. They are not one of those descriptives. Their products are cheap mass produced products that you wait weeks for (shipped from and produced in China) only to be disappointed.

I am so happy about this purchase. After reading the reviews, I know this would either be a hit or miss. IT’S A HIT. These shoes are so comfortable and they are authentic soda shoes for sure. I would say to get your shoes from Amazon Prime or that are listed as Amazon Prime. More than likely I think those will be the authentic brand. I walked around in them and they felt so comfy. AND THEY ARE SO CUTE. Can’t wait to wear them to on my next trip.

They wouldn't refund for the shoddy merchandise that smelled awful. They offered a refund if I sent back to Vietnam at my own expense.
Horrible! I just called my credit card company and cancelled their payment.

Very similar experience. Shoes were too small and wrong color. I have been emailing them back and forth for two weeks trying to resolve this. They maintain their size 37 is a 7.5 which it is not based on international US/EU charts. They offered a 15% refund which is outrageous. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT order from this company.

I bought 2 pair shoes totaling approx $72. Took 16 days to get them. Couldn't get my feet into either pair because they are so narrow. I dont even know if they fit length wise. I sent pics that they requested of my foot, outlined drawing of my foot with measuring of length. And they said due to their policy the shoes were the size I asked for. Sure I asked for a size 11 but not one so narrow my feet cant reach anywhere near the toe! Also these shoes are flatter than my feet and I have flat feet! These are not orthotic shoes by far! I want a refund...their policy sucks. If I had known they were made overseas I would not have ordered them because clothes/shoes are not properly sized for non Asian people. As stated, the shoes very well maybe a size 11 but what can I do with something I cant get my foot into and misadvertising of products saying they are orthotic when they clearly are not.

The shoes I purchased were not orthopedic or helps with Planters fasciitis. The worst part is that the company refused to return the shoes because I did not keep the shipping label. Even though the shoes are in the same condition as I received them and I have the receipt. This is a scam to not refund the shoes.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! My two pair of shoes that were supposed to be to correct my bunions arrived in plastic bags. The chemical smell coming off of these shoes was horrible and they did not fit. The quality was so poor and the shoes did not look anything like the photos. I contacted the company and after sending the photos that they requested, they denied a refund because they said they sent what I ordered. TOTAL SCAM!

Well- I wish I saw this before I placed my order. I saw this ad on Facebook and looked at the products- I’m shocked that FB hasn’t banned this company from their portal... everything I’ve read above is true! Sizing is horrible, product has no support, the footbed is completely flat and their claims to be an orthopedic shoe are FRAUDULENT! I ordered 3 pairs- and am stuck with them too.

I purchased 2 pair of shoes for $75.00; supposedly orthotics. When I received them the one pair of tennis shoes had a higher heel than the front of the shoe , making my knees hurt. These shoes are flimsy and bend in half, true orthotics do not because of their support. Also they were too tight. The second pair of sandals were cute and had a cloth opening at the ankle to put your foot through into the shoe. Then I walked in those they were way too loose on my ankle and foot. You could see the extra room in the material of the shoe just sitting on my foot. It felt like when I walked I was gonna walk out of them or trip and fall. They told me I had to send a picture with my foot outlined on a piece of paper next to my actual foot, next to a ruler with both shoes I ordered and the shipping label on it, so I do all that crap and send it to them. They then tell me they are sorry because they feel they sent the right size BUT, they’ll give me 30% off just to keep them. So I tell them I don’t want 30% off since I can’t wear them, I want a refund. They then tell me I can send them to Vietnam at my own expense but it’ll be very costly and I’d be better off keeping them with the 30% off. I’m now a proud owner of 2 pair of shoes that cost me $75 and I can’t wear them because they don’t fit. What a crap company, don’t do business with them unless you like to be RIPPED OFF!

I had a very similar encounter. They finally gave me a return address, but when I tried to search for it on Google, it came back saying it must be spelled wrong.
