The product didn’t please me but their customer service quite good. I ordered too quickly that I didn’t check the size charts in the store, so the shoes were a little tight for me. I asked for an exchange but they said that it was my mistake in placing the order. Although they couldn't help me with that, they gave me a 20% discount to buy a new pair. I was pleased since all my emails were replied to and problems were solved.

I was concerned about my order after reading past reviews of Pixie.com. however, i received my order and it was 100% what i had hoped for. i don't know when these bad reviews were written; but my experience was nearly perfect, and i saved a good amount of money

There was NO packaging surrounding my shoes. They were smashed upon delivery. They are cheap and toxic smelling shoes. I want a refund.

Same here and since when does an orthopedic shoe have absolutely no arch support. The one thing I don't even know how to buckle them up it's just a little hook.

I don't know what's wrong with me! I am usually very diligent about reading reviews on a product...somehow I missed the reviews on the actual company. These come from China and it took forever to receive my product. I ordered two sport-type bras that look NOTHING like what's pictured. There is absolutely no support, shotty material, and they are VERY ill-fitting. My biggest complaint...I spent $50+ on these and am now realizing that they are only returnable/refundable if they are damaged or a wrong item was sent. Even so, the customer still has to pay postage. Please don't order from this company. Shysters!

four pair? for a hundred bucks! That's $25 a pair and I've never paid for shoes that were that cheap. consider! you do get what you pay for! and they come from Singapore so pretty much everything coming from over there is cheaply made; that's how they make their money!

I ordered the AZZY Premium Orthopedic Casual Sneaker, Arch-Support Orthopedic Walking Shoes in a 6.5. They looked so cute on the web site and several of the reviews were positive. When I received them, they looked more plastic and didn't have any arch support in them. They were too small...(my typical shoe size is between 6 & 6.5). I've tried to contact them through [email protected] twice and haven't received an acknowledgement yet. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I was just looking at a pair of their orthopredic shoes that are very cute but considering what your review says and the fact that they are made and come from Singapore, they are probably cheaply made, and their shoes sizes are majorly different than ours. I'm so tired of having to go through all of this to get cute shoes and clothes. I have a list of about 30 businesses that are all one and the same in China. When people get mad after finding out who their new named business is, they copy the whole website over and give it a new name and start advertising it here in the USA. The problem is they aren't using their own pictures of clothes; they steal the pictures from all over other sites, then list as theirs at half the price and also let you pick the item in any color you want. But then you're lucky if you get the item? probably not and if you have to send it back? no refunds either. It's a mess; one lady got a box of old baby clothes! I have a whole list of names for this one business because I've been following them for about two years now.

I ordered a 6.5 too and they are too small. They have responded but only to say they consider a 6 and 6.5 the same size. Ridiculous - there is about 1/4" difference in those sizes.

I bought two pair of shoes that were not delivered. Have not heard one thing about order received or being processed. I believe this is a scam. I cannot find a phone number to call this company, I have not received any message about delays or problems. This company took my money and that’s the last I have heard from anyone.

After spending big bucks on expensive brands and always feeling somehow disappointed, my expectations for these shoes were not particularly high. With good reviews and unbeatable prices, I decided to give them a try. Saying that these shoes are comfortable is an understatement. I can use them at home and in the office to stand for hours without my feet swelling up and my lower back starting to hurt. I bought the all black ones to give a more elegant look and wear them with all outfits (including skirts, yes). I am buying more of these and a pair for my mom.

First time I ordered from Pixie. It took me more than a week to receive, but the item was really worth it. The shoes fit my feet pretty well, the colors are pretty cute. I quite like them. Everything is okay but the long wait.

These sandals are not wearable. No bend at all and your heal comes right out of the shoe. Total scam. Had to just throw them in the trash. But are non refundable.

Wish I had done my due diligence on this scam company before ordering. Sandals were not orthopedic, not leather, not the right size and just complete junk. I don't know how anyone could walk in these, the sole is just a slab of hard material that does not flex at all and there is no way they are a B width. Contact with the company requires information they do not provide on an invoice which was not included. Thieves.

I also wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered a pair of “orthopedic “ shoes. What a joke. They have a horrible chemical smell. They told me they they were 100% brand new that is why they smell. I should wash them with lime they told me. What the heck! They are going onto the trash ! Can’t believe there are companies out there that test people like this! DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM PIXIE CLOSET! Total rip off!

Pixie's Closet is a COMPLETE SCAM! I too wish I'd seen this forum before I ordered, but it is too late. I purchased 3 pair of shoes totaling about $86. I didn't expect high quality product, but thought they'd be decent enough. These shoes are not even worthy of being sold at a dollar store. They are made of cheap, nasty material that has a heavy chemical smell. One of the three pair that seemed closest to my size (and I ordered all the same size) would not even stay on my foot; when I went to take a step it just slips right off my foot. What a joke, however, it's not funny and I'm so upset.

I bought sandals from them too. I read the review after purchasing and I am scared too, I wanted to withdraw the order but it was out of policy so they did not let me do so. I just was waiting to return them but the received sandals were OK though, at least I found them cute and those sandals matched my jumpsuit so I decided to keep them

This is what I got for a little over $100.00. Nothing as described in advertising, cheap products, no memory foam and definitely not Orthopedic. I forgot to attach photos to my earlier post.

I truly believe they are the former Jane Closet, seller of cheap, imitation, way-too-small sized shoes and bras. I paid over $100 after all so-called discounts for their sandals and bras. JUNK. Size 11-12 shoes fit my daughter's size 8 1/2 foot. The 3X bras are a 34B at best.

I just have to complain about this store. Instead of them taking back the too small shoes for a larger size they said it was my fault because I ordered a particular size. The shoe was two sizes too small. Do not buy from them. I am so disappointed and wasted my money! Beware!

Completely false advertising! I ordered shoes with arch supports. The shoes I received did not fit and had no arch support whatsoever. They expect me to pay for return shipping! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I learned my lesson in this situation. They said they would give me a discount if I wanted to buy a different pair of shoes instead of returning them. What a JOKE. Hopefully people will read reviews about this TERRIBLE COMPANY before making the same mistake I did.

Never buy from this page!

This is the biggest cheat that I have had in all the years of online shopping. At least I didn't spend a lot of money, but I don't want anyone to make this mistake. Thank you very much for all these reviews. And it's a pity that I read it late because I have always trusted the companies from which I buy. The shoes came in a size that I did not order. I see that this happens to many customers. Then they prove that this is the size you ordered, although the number in the order and on the shoes is completely different. If you want to exchange them or return the money back, you must send them to Vietnam at your own expense.

Don't waste your money, please. Don't make the mistake that many of us have made, but not all have written a review.

I hate I didn't see this sooner as well before my purchase! Completely FALSE ADVERTISING AND CHEAP MATERIALS. Im usually pretty good at looking where shipping comes from, the manufacturer etc., however the summer shoes were beautiful and they were advertised as Orthopedic. Orthopedic shoes are usually unattractive and I guess I too overjoyed by my beautiful find that neglected my routine "research". I bought 4 pair! Three for me and one for a family member. One pair had a shoe buckle and what looks like a swimsuit hook or bra strap hook. I can't figure out to close the shoestrap! The materials has a loud odor and very thin. There aren't any arch supports at all.

I will say I did not have any issues with shipping, and they arrived in about 4-5 weeks.

I will not buy anything else from this company.

I purchased 2 pair of "orthopedic" shoes from Pixie Closet in my usual size. When I received the shoes I was shocked at the inferior product I received. First of all the size was way off (I'm a 10 always), and I am not even sure what the material was for the uppers as it was almost like a fabric-like paper that would never hold up to use, but the so-called orthopedic soles were nothing more than a thick flip flop or thong. When I contacted them they said they would not pay to return them and I'd have to ship them back myself. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Do not buy from Pixie Closet. You're better off going to the Dollar Store.
