I have the pictures and video of BOBO and when I suggested to pick him up in Landing New Jersey, it became very quiet. I offered to bring cash over to them ... and there it was... nothing... no response. Yes, they are the lowest of the low, using very kind language, respectful and ending their email with 'god bless'. Guess what , if it sounds to good to be true it often is... My husband is an ex marine and is very upset about this. He knows people and I think he has found a new Project... He will see them soon.
They offered to ship Bobo same day. I signed up for their email updates and received an email from Buffy Maine C o o n Kittens and started doing some digging.
We have the Bobo video and extra pictures. Our hearts are broken! These are terrible people!
Is this the Bobo you are referring to? I am so happy I just found this site. My heart is broken too. I was just about to purchase “Finn” the all gray kitty, and “Bobo” together when something just didn’t feel right. I am so sorry. They are going by the website https://purecoonscattery.com/ and phone number +1 (609) 710-1418. After I noticed the red flags I did some searching.. found out their website was made on 4/7/2023… and in Arizona.. it is so disappointing that these things happen. I asked for proof of health records, vaccines and certificate and that is when he got irritated in his tone which caused my to look online and I found this. I am heartbroken for all of us.
My emails match all of the ones above. Word for word. It’s definitely the same person!
Another email from them arrived that said after much thought and consideration they had decided I could purchase Bobo. They included 4 or 5 additional photos of him. Also stated they were in NJ
I asked for a video of him and got it. I asked for pics of his parents and got that too. I then asked for copy of their breeders license. No response. On 7/4. I asked again for copy of breeders license. No response.
7/5 their website down. I sincerely hope they have been stopped from scamming people.

Sat, 19 Jun 2021-Received a text: “Hi ****, Popcorn Maine [censored] Kittens Home here texting you in regard to your interest in one of our kittens (Bobo) we sent to you an email with more details, pictures and some few questions we will like you to answer, please do check your email and get back to us via email with your responses so we can proceed. Thank you...”. Received lengthy email which included theses questions: Where are precisely are you located? Have you ever raised or owned cat before? Do you have a vet clinic in your area? Does your environment except pets? How soon do you need him? Replied with answers, they provided a delayed response thanking me and asking my preferred delivery method (doorstep or airport) and asked for my full name, for home address (if using doorstep delivery), contact numbers and nearest airport. They said once they receive this info they would give me details on payment and transfer ownership paperwork. This email also said they were located in NJ so flights should be easy and they provided a video of Bobo. I provided names and airport info, to which they responded with payment info “all my customers pay with Zelle.” They asked if I had it, if not it was easy to download and let them know once I had downloaded it. Once I told them that they responded: “Ok, Our Zelle Email Is [email protected] Name: Nivia Kirsten, Memo : BOBO, Make sure you put the reason as FOR BOBO if ask REASON or MEMO so we know it is from you, So you will be sending $600. once you are done send me a screenshot showing SENT or COMPLETED”. I transferred the money and sent a screenshot. They responded: “we got the payment, So now I just need to round up with some few stuff and go get the transfer of ownership paperwork done and also send you a copy to sign and send back to me a signed copy so I can book a reservation for tomorrow morning, I will keep you posted with a copy once am done okay”. They sent a “transfer of ownership” certificate, which I signed and sent back.
Sun, 20 Jun 2021-I sent an email and text around noon to confirm they’d received my previous email with the “paperwork”. They responded via email: “Good Day ****, Sorry for the late reply as it’s been a very hectic for us at the airport, just wanted to inform you that we couldn’t get a flight today, so Bobo will be delivered only tomorrow Monday”. I asked for the flight itinerary and they said: “I will send it to you tomorrow morning.” I sent an email later that I noticed Bobo was still listed as available on their website and when he would be taken down so no one else would fall for him like we did. No response to that email. My daughter submitted an online inquiring about Bobo.
Mon, 21 Jun 2021-I received: “Good Morning ****, I’m done with the registration and everything, So the delivery service will contact you anytime from now via email for you to confirm your delivery information so they can proceed, so always put an eye on your emails so as to get the delivery notification email the delivery service and also email them back to confirm your delivery information so they can proceed okay, also don’t forget to keep me posted once Bobo is delivered okay”. I thanked for info and asked for flight itinerary again. No response yet to that email. My daughter received an email and text today saying that Bobo was still available.
Also, the address they provided is a house that is listed for sale. Additionally the name on the “ownership transfer paperwork” was Kristen, not Kirsten like in email traffic.
