On May 28, 2020 I purchased a $68 trampoline from portbat.club website. Today is July 9, 2020 and I still have not received the trampoline. I have been tracking the shipment for weeks and the USPS tracking website has remained the same: June 5 in transit. I finally emailed portbat.club using the email address on their website and they responded saying that the trampoline was delivered on June 15.

On June 15, 2020 I received ten K95 face masks in the mail that I never ordered, the envelop states the masks came from China - picture is attached.

The trampoline was not delivered, $68 is gone and what I’m left with is ten face masks.

I wonder this seller is cheating with everyone and still able to continue business. On the top of that he offers a refund of 80% that means more than 10 dollars he is charging for us for his cheating. This gives stress, time waste etc.

I ordered 4 dressers and spent $275.69 and after a few months of not receiving my product I emailed portbat and they said it had been delivered and left me the tracking number . They ended up sending me face masks.

Pretty much the same as everybody else except I ordered 4 dressers and I’m out $276... I’m a single mother with 4 kids and work very hard for my money. Something needs to be done . There has to be something somebody can do to get this website off. Is there any way I can get my money back?

I ordered a dresser for 59.99 they sent me a small package I refused it and sent it back been demanding my refund for over a month now still have not received it. The attached photo is what I ordered but, didn't get. The small package I marked refused on and sent back is what I received.

Same story... ordered 2 computer hard drives, received face mask. How are they getting away with this? I filed a complaint with my credit card company and a complaint with the State Attorney General of Washington State. Everyone should do the same. I was looking for a dresser to purchase for my 3 yer old son so I came across this site called PORTBAT. I wasn't aware it was out of the country and I should have known better because the price was too good to be true. However; I purchased the product and it never showed up.But what did show up from them were 5 face masks instead of the country style five dresser that I purchased (pictures included). I would like this place to be reported and possibly blocked for taking peoples hard earned money with the scam they are pulling. I now see that I will need to investigate before I purchase another item online moving forward!

Used a store front website to sell fake products that never materialize. Sent face masks in their place of actual product as a joke. Sent a confirmation email after the date of the sale posted and a tracking number for the fake products as well.

This Portbat website looks legit but be careful looks are deceiving. I ordered a kids trampoline for $64.85. The website displayed the description of the order and produced an order number. The date of the order was wrong and the name that they say will appear on your bank statement will be wrong. Instead of receiving the trampoline I received a small grey parcel package of face mask. Pay attention because this parcel of mail will have the tracking number of your original order on it. They will not issue you a refund and you will never speak to a live person. This is a scam to steal your money and unfortunately it is working.

I ordered a trampoline. I read all of these positive reviews about this item. 3 weeks later, I get an email saying that my item has been delivered cute USPS... I'm thinking... Why while USPS be delivering a trampoline? I get home. There's no trampoline. I check my mailbox... There's a small package. I in this package... There were 4 face masks. I contact the website and right now I'm receiving all kinds if run around. I emailed them a picture of my confirmation of my trampoline purchase, the tracking info, and pictures of the face masks and the package. I just want my money back!

I ordered a trampoline from them for my kids for 65$ and instead of the trampoline I got a package of face masks! My kids are going to be devastated and now out of that money for no reason! How can a website just scam you like that! My order confirmation and everything had all the descriptions of the trampoline that I had ordered! And then I get a package of cheap knock off face masks!
