Muffer is the same as Portbat & both are scams. They have the same email address & ship thru bogus 17Track & use the same shipping # multiple times. They claim my furniture was delivered to my mailbox. My mailbox is too small, duh. Instead I’ve been receiving small packages of face masks from China that I did not order. They provide BS shipping logs when you inquire and it’s all in a foreign language from made up ports. GEEZ – when you think prices are too good to be true, they are with these fake companies ? Submit a dispute claim with credit card company immediately !

Still waiting for the chairs for over a month now! I thought they were coming from Washington but the tracking number (likely bogus) is from China. You won’t see the [email protected] email until after you order...I can only assume by the non working phone number that this is a fake Washington Location, as the item shipped from China...Well, I was scammed. $123 I am out. Lesson learned! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE!

I order a trampoline, i waited for almost a month so I received email stating they delivered my package so i was just confused because i was at home all they and every time that i order big packages ups knocks on my door so i went to see my mailbox and there it was a small packaged with face mask i check the tracking number and that was it they send me face mask not a trampoline that i paid around $63 dollars.

Portbat.club is an online shopping website claiming to sell merchants with great discounts. I purchased a 10ft trampoline cost $64.85 through Paypal from its website on 05/08/2020 and received a tracking number with info shipping from china. No more update since 05/14/2020 and I have NOT received anything yet after 27 days. Many shoppers purchased the same trampoline from the same website recently reported online receiving 2 cheap face masks shipping from china after many weeks without response from the seller. I emailed the seller and requested full refund but the seller refused, stating the product has been sent out. I already open a fraud report with Paypal and am waiting for Paypal to recover my payment. Upon further research, the website's address 1527 Fruitland Dr Bellingham, WA 98226-1201 with phone (845) 636-0200 is registered under a business Anitale (https://www.antitale.com), many other websites (https://www.pongooder.club, hillorest.com...etc) the same seller is trying to scam people. They keep making similar sites with difference names and products are way cheaper than usual. Be aware!

I placed an order online for a trampoline. I was to receive a 10 ft trampoline with safety net and ladder. I received an email within 24 hours of my purchase, confirming my order and my payment was taken from PayPal. This company claims to be out of Washington state, but their phone number is out of New York (and is disconnected) and the product I received was shipped from China. I followed the tracking for over 3 weeks. From China to San Francisco to Houston, Tx and finally to me in Northern California. It was crisscrossing all over the US. My regular mail lady hands me a small, flat package, the size of my hand. I asked her if that was it, she said yes. I look at the tracking number and confirm this is the "trampoline" I've been waiting on for the past month. I received a zip lock bag with two folded face masks. I immediately called the phone number on the website to find it was disconnected. I then sent an email asking where my trampoline was. They responded by telling me to check with my family or neighbors to see if they signed for it!! I DIDN'T HAVE TO SIGN FOR A PACKAGE OF MASKS. I replied with a picture of what I actually received and asked where my trampoline was. I have never heard back. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE! IT'S A SCAM!!

This online store has a secure credit card payment option, they send me worthless items instead of the ordered items.

I was not able to find a scam reports filled when I was searching for it.

The merchandise I have tried to purchase and the store was suggested by Google search.

I ordered a 5TB external hard drive, paid with PayPal and expected an email with tracking number since I didn't received an email from them it gave a bad feeling so I started to investigate.
their telephone is not in service and the business address is a regular house in a residential zone.
there is another website that looks the same and is called "brasie", I didn't try it and I won't

I have already submitted a claim at PayPal and they are reviewing it. I hope to get my refund soon

I ordered a trampoline with enclosure in late a March and still haven't received it but I have had a tracking number since about 7 days after ordering that hasn't updated once! I emailed and they said shipping is backed up because of covid-19 but not 2 months worth of backed up! Thankfully I paid through PayPal, I recieved my refund a week ago and will never order from them again. If a trampoline ever does come I'll be shocked.

I ordered online. Trampoline w/ enclosure. Company states Portbat . This company’s website lists a Us address and phone number( which i later found was A non active Number). It took forever ( via email) to get a tracking number. This is the only was to communicate. 6 weeks later, I receive a small bag with face masks In the mail. Postage lists a Shanghai address. The only response I got was from: TSeniiaTKAC. No response received when I emailed about wrong product. Don’t buy from them!
