I recently was looking for a trampoline for my sons. I did a Google search and immediately this website popped up with a trampoline at a very fair price. I tried purchasing it and multiple times it told me something has gone wrong with your transaction please try again, meanwhile it charged my card every time that it said the transaction was unable to process. The phone number listed does not connect to anything, the emails are not responded too until late in the morning, with improper English. When I finally did get a response they told me they could not refund my money because the items had been sent. I reached out to my bank to dispute the charges, they reversed them, and then the Portbat company took money again. After tracking my package from China for 23 days it finally arrived. When it did arrive it was not a trampoline, but face masks. They charged me $64.85 for face masks from China. I then contacted the email support again letting them know what happened, they asked for pictures, I sent them, and I have still not received my refund or any communication from this company.

On May 20th, I ordered a Portable Hard Drive from these people for $68.15. They said I would receive item in 6 business days but up till now, there has been no response. I tried to contact them but they do not reply. They provided a fake telephone # which does not work. Requesting for my refund.

I ordered a trampoline but received 5 face masks instead. Order was sent from China even though company address is supposed to be in USA. I looked up the address and it looks like a house/residence. The shipment status came from another domain jstimier.com. After looking that site up, I saw several posts that jstimier.com is a scam site associated with other scam sites like portbat.club. The same happened to them as me. The posts mentioned either never receiving their order or receiving face masks instead of what they ordered.

Yes, I ordered a dresser and waited a month for 5 face masks. I plan to contact the FTC and have my credit card company get money back. I was furious as well. To take money from people during this time when alot of us are struggling is horrible. Luckily I have screen shots of the webpage they had with the dresser. It has since been deleted. Wish me luck!

On May 16 2020 I ordered a 5 drawer chest for $59.99. I actually didn't even know that the order went through because I just kept getting an error message. After a couple weeks I received an email saying that my item has shipped. So I waited another week or more and finally received a text stating that my item was delivered. Well nothing was outside my door when I check and no neighbors had seen any big packages delivered. When I checked my mailbox later, there was a package from China containing 4 masks and on the package it said the cost was $20. At no time did I ever order masks. This place is absolutely horrible and I emailed them again since their phone number is disconnected but have yet to get a response. I better get my $59.99 returned soon.

I am in the same situation that you are with these fools. They were emailing me saying the item is still in status to be delivered to me. I got an email saying that my item would be delivered to me on Friday June 12 2020 and nothing, I waited to Saturday nothing, I called Sunday and they said called Monday, and when I called Monday they said that they got the item and it will be sent to me today. They didn't have a time but they said I should get it by the end of day. At 2:39pm I got an email saying that my item was delivered. I did receive a package of 5masks from China that costs $20.00. My husband went to the post office that they said the chest was delivered to and they are investigating this now. I hope I get my money back soon!

Ordered an 8ft trampoline on 4-23-2020. Due to the pandemic shipping has been delayed. Phone number isn’t working, the address shows a picture of a home in WA.
Yes they took my $63.76. And yes we did receive our order according to them. Two face masks!
Contacted our bank, not sure what the outcome will be.

We purchased the same trampoline. It seems they are sending EVERYONE face masks instead of trampolines! They did this to me also. They seem to be skilled in the art of procrastinating until you give up. I can not get a refund, and I can not get the trampoline. It is a SCAM! Did you all notice that the receipt says a BOGUS date on it? The date on the receipt they sent said a date that was 8 months into the future!? DO NOT BE TRICKED BY THEM!

These people are a scam. I bought a trampoline and got face masks. I asked for the correct item after they admitted they send the wrong one and do not have the item. Then said they want 20% to Defray costs of their mistake. This is a scam. Call and leave a message at the Better business bureau and attorney general this is how these people will get caught.

May 13 2020 I ordered a ten foot trampoline. I tried to cancel the nect day but they refused. Said it already shipped. They had already taken the 70.00. I received a traking # about a week and a half later. Yesterday I received a pkg from shaghi with face masks. The pkg had the same tracking #. I can't dispute the charge as it was charged on a pay card. I emailed them but haven't heard anything.
