DON’T. It is a scam. They charged me for a rack, then sent (very late) a completelly different thing. Almost impossible to contact them, then they refused to reinburse no more than 30%. Went to controversy on PayPal but they will reinburse only if I return the item to China, which would cost more than the article itself. BTW, the article was sent from an address *in my own country*, not from China.
DON’T DO IT and also think very carefully if you need to use PayPal.

I placed an order for a stainless steel dish rack on 5/03/2020. It’s now 7/23/2020 and I have yet to receive my order. They just keep saying it shipped and the tracking number does not work. I have sent email after email with no replies. What did arrive just today was a little dish soap rack that is part of the unit i ordered and the package that arrived says it shipped from Tuvalu. Is this a scam site?

I too bought the over the sink rack for $30 with the shipping included. I only recieved one basket. The phone number doesn't work and have emailed them many times. This company is a big fat Scam. I am beyond pissed. I don't have alot of money these days due to covid and it would of been nice to get something i ordered.

Ordered the over the kitchen sink rack April 29th. Showed arrived in California on May 8th. Today is July 16th, received 1 basket - not the rack. Did not realize this was coming from China. I am out $29.99 with no way to get a refund. This company is a total scam.

I have yet to receive it.I ordered the Over the Sink Dish Rack, paid in full. Not happy about this. This limits all of my on line orders and everything coming from overseas. Lesson Learned

I ordered from facebook, the Stainless steel paint kitchen rack on May 12,2020. I received 1 little piece of the rack yesterday in the mail. It was from the PPY FOOD. I tried contacting company but phone number doesn't work or the email address.

I ordered from a Facebook ad what was described as a "Outdoor Golf Game" which the picture show two game boards (similar to a cornhole game), two pads, and foam golf balls. It was advertised for $18.99 + $6.98 Shipping. It was paid via PayPal to [email protected] on May 9, 2020. I recieved the attached shipping confirmation on May 19, 2020. On June 15, 2020, I received a single golf ball with no documentation and the return address was for a Amazon fulfillment center in California ( it was not ordered throu Amazon). I research this company, PPYFood, and found many complaints that others had ordered this game and only received a single golf ball. This company is a scam. I have filed a complaint with PayPal but they are telling me I have to mail the golf ball to China in order to get a refund, this would cost me another $26. I don't understand why PayPal and Facebook don't remove these peoples ads and quit accepting these scammers business. I can only assume that it's way more important to PP and FB that they get their fees and we as there subscribers! As soon as my complaint is done with PayPal, I will not use them again! They are as bad as the scammers. I used PayPal because I always felt they would take care of me as a buyer, not true! I also turned this company in to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, the email address is: econsumer.gov. Let's flood their site with complaints and see if they will get involved.

The same number is also linked to other sites. I thought I was buying fitness equipment but was scammed by the same misleading website set up others talk about. Email doesn’t work. I’m unimpressed. Realized my mistake as soon as I hit send and have no way to cancel the order.

My experience is the same as Vincent O Silva. I got two golf balls instead of two golf games. The add came through facebook. I got swindled for about $40.

I decided to purchase a nice counter top rack for my sink area, is been 5 month already, sending emails to this business, they answered saying always that my order was shipped, never received, never get my money back. THE WEBSITE IT IS NOTHING BUT ANOTHER SCAMMING BUSYNESS FROM CHINA, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD, STEAL YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NEVER SEND YOUR ORDER OR REIMBURSE BACK YOUR MONEY. REPORT THEM, FB HAVE TO STOP PROMOTING THIS BOUNCHE OF BS FAKE WEBSITE

I've waited 3 months for 2 of the outdoor golf sets for Father's Day gifts. I was given a bogus DHL tracking #. When I questioned them, they responded with a different #. I have tracked that new number (watching it slowly make its way to Indiana). I received it yesterday... TWO GOLF BALLS! YES TWO FREAKING GOLF BALLS! I didn't realize it was coming from China when I ordered, but will make sure I do not make that mistake again! SCAM

On May 1, I ordered a Stainless steel paint kitchen rack. It took a long time to receive, and I finally received my order on june 29. I did not receive the full support but only one basket. I had never selected a single basket in my order. The website is made to mislead us. It doesn't show us the right item. I I thought about getting refunded but both email addresses are inactive.
