I ordered a kitchen rack on 10 May 2020 and never received it. Tracking number, phone number and email address of the company doest exists. I tried to contact them via email asking for the refund of my money but the email addess doest exists.

I, also ordered the stainless kitchen rack. I waited a month. Like the other poster, I received ONE rack. Sent an email today and it immediately came back failed. I'm so upset that I didn't find this site first. Prior to purchase, I looked them up and a few sites said they were legit!

I ordered a over the sink drain rack. Order was confirmed on the 1st of May. Got one response back. They got 29.99 of my card. I try the number on the web site. Keeps telling me invalid number. When I try to send emails it keeps coming back invalid ip address. I have sent 5 of them¡!

I also ordered 2 of the golf game through Ppyfood whose add was in Facebook, got an order number along with a tracking number. Due to Covid-19 delay in shipment. Notification of order has been shipped, been waiting for items for days, picked my mail up this morning and was shipped two (2) freakin golf balls. Their contact information is bogus, contacting my credit card company to cancel and get my payment back. Can’t believe Facebook allows these fools to continue to advertise on their websites—

Ordered a stainless steel paint kitchen rack on May 12, 2020, and I'm getting the same BS messages about tracking your order. We tracked it to have been shipped to the U.S but waiting in customs. This is ridiculous and I will not be ordering ever again and I'll make damn sure I'm not ordering anything from China! I hope the word gets around that this company is not a good reputable company.
