I ordered a stainless steel black kitchen rack that goes over the sink. Got an email stating it would take 3-30 days for it to ship with a strange tracking ID. Tried to track and was not able to. Tried to cancel and there was no information to cancel the order. When the "product" finally arrived, 30 days later, it was a white wire (not stainless steel) single basket, that I could go get from the dollar store. Tried to go back into my order from the confirmation email and get a "404 page not found". Tired to go to the website and there is a "return policy" with no information to return, no phone number and no address to return it to as it specifically states:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
They do not send a receipt, they do not send a return label, they do not send an emailed receipt so they make it so there is not a way to return this.

This company is absolutely fraudulent and should be shut down for multiple reasons.
