Paid Primeland to provide me a design for our backyard. We paid the quoted fee and Humberto promised a design in no more than 3 weeks. That turned into more than 6 wks. I drove to the "business" address, due to the lack of responsiveness from Humberto, and it turned out to be his mother's house (very pleasant woman) not an office or place to conduct business. Humberto eventually provided us a design that was not what we asked for. He told us we could make revisions as needed to get the design we were looking for and he disappeared again. I guess Humberto picks and chooses who he wants to provide professional, timely, and responsive service to. I would NEVER recommend this company. I truly wonder if the company's good reviews are paid.
