The products I ordered were advertised as “quilted”. The products I received were not quilted so I attempted to return them. Through a series of emails, they would not provide a return address, said it was in Hong Kong, that I would have to pay shipping costs and it would be very expensive. They offered several different discounts to order more merchandise. I declined and they still would not provide return/refund information. Their website “flashes” free returns within 30 days as of today.

I purchased three pair of boots they only sent two pair of boots didn't send the third one the boots were not true to size they were two sizes too small they weren't leather they were fake leather and then the company told me they charge me to send them back I have to pay to send them back and then they didn't send the address so I had to Google it to send it to send the stuff back and PayPal cited with the company so PayPal is basically seems like there helping these people fraudulently take money from people

I searched for a book to purchase and I was led to believe that this was a physical book I was purchasing; after I purchased it, I was told it was an e-book purchase, and they delivered a faulty copy that is unreadable. I've been in touch with their customer service who has sent me a second faulty copy but says they do not refund orders.

The company claims the product comes from California.

It arrives from China via DHL. And has a Chinese manufacturing address. After raising suspicion, they claim the shipment had to come from China due to a California problem with the product. The product looks like it was made and packaged by a business with no quality controls in place.

This pillow company claims to have a pillow for neck support. It was so flat it was like not even having a pillow. They say they have a 30 day return policy, but then say if you open the package and remove the pillow, the return policy is instantly gone. When you try and reach out to them in any way via phone text email, they never respond or ever return any concerns ever. This is a scam. Don’t want anything from it, except them to not rob anyone else. They should have to back there product.

I ordered 4 of the same style jelly bra in different colors. Not only were they just cheaply made bras with removable pad inserts, they weren’t even the same style bra in other colors. Each bra had different fabric composition further supporting my claim that I did not receive items purchased. After contacting about a refund d/t poor quality & submitting all the requested pictures/info, they offered a 13$ refund which is a joke.

The company claims to be a female owned American made company for bras. They claim a 90 day money back guarantee. The product shipped from China. When it arrived it was of poor quality and ill fitting. When I attempted to return the product I was denied a return and a refund and only offered 70% store credit on another purchase.

I placed an order on 1/4/26 for a set of blackout zero gapped trimmers and a second set of blades. About two weeks later I received the product. It was cheaply made and the trimmers were the dullest blades I’ve ever seen. I switched the blades with the second set and got the same result. I contacted [email protected] multiple times about a refund or even a replacement order and never got a reply. Every time I see the ad I comment on the poor service and quality. They obviously have bots and fake reviews because there is no way they are sending out legit quality products. They also claim to be a US based company but the product came from China with Chinese writing.

My email address is [REDACTED] The company has an invalid email address on their website. [email protected] is their email address. Update your website to account for invalid email addresses from scammers. So I purchased the product from an Instagram ad. Received a very low quality version of what was advertised. They had a secret box checked at check out that initiated reoccurring payments. The second purchase was made. I called and asked for my refund. They made me mail the product back to China when it was mailed to me from California. their website has a Wyoming address. They refused to cover any return shipping fees and it cost me half of the purchase that I never wanted to make. I returned that item, pay the $25 to ship it to China. I’ve yet to get a refund.

ordered the product from facebook add when received the product it was only for men so could not use it sent e-mail to return product gave the return address as Athens, 4585 Kenmount Road, St John's Newfoundland and Labrador, A1B 3P2 Canada. I went to the post office to ship it back and was advised that address dosen't exist Kenmount road only goes up to 1296 contacted them again by email they sent back the same address so I went on line to look the address up and found the same address was used with a compression sock scam.

I ordered a quilted runner from this company and the product that I received isn’t anything like what they advertised. What I received is very poor quality and cheaply made and doesn’t match the

photos online AT ALL! When I contacted the company to return the product they refused and claimed that it met their standards and refused to take it back or discount it in any way.

On Dec. 10, 2025 purchased waggy the AI Puppy seen on Reel Ads and Youtube Ads.

Receive the item about 10 days later, BUT NOT the item purchased what was receive was a 1979 AA battery barking dog toy.

The exact same toy I had bought my 1 year old son in 1980, made him laugh when it barked.

The4re is no AI associated, No Microp[rossesor and nothing bigger the a 1970s made Microchip.

Since then they have been charging me for elite service. at $24,99

They refuse to answer the phone or call back.

the Cancellation of Elite service is a Basic email questionare.

I have had to cancel my debit card and reissue.

But now out a total of $114.92.

a 1970s toy barking dog that originally sold for $9.99

This company is nothing more than a Chinese run Fraud.

I went on BOXHERO website to purchase their BOXHERO BAMBOO FIBRE BOXER SHORTS 1.0 - FOR ALL-DAY COMFORT for $52.22 this underwear has the BOXHREO logo on the waist band. but what they shipped to me was the basic underwear BAMBOO FIBRE BOXER SHORTS - FOR ALL DAY COMFORT price $39.99 this underwear doesn't have the logo on the waist band. it's not the $20 dollars different it's false advertisement they show one thing and deliver another thing, and they don't answer their telephone or replay back to the emails I sent.

I just want what I paid for this Company are crooks

Sam Drafters sold us a set of house plans which are completely unusable. The measurements don't add up and nothing is to scale. I think he pirates plans and tries to act like they are his. When trying to get your money back he will not answer emails or phone calls. We are stuck with a $975.00 set of unusable house plans and have to now pay someone else to redo them. The address in Sheridan is just a virtual business address.

I ordered 2 quilts from CozzyHomes. I never got a receipt, I had to request a receipt. The next day CozzyHomes sent a receipt. I inquired about the shipment status they lied, stating the shipment was out. Then CozzyHomes was asking irrelevant questions about shipments which delayed the shipment from getting out. After, they apologized for delay citing excuses for delay and stated there may be more delays because of weather. When the packages finally arrived. Neither package had quilts inside. One package had hardware inside with sheets. The other package had a partially made mattress pad and a sheet inside. All the items inside the packages was very cheaply made. None of appeared as advertised. None of it was what I ordered. I tried to reach out to CozzyHomes and they stated they would help bring resolve to my concerns. They never called back. When I tried calling back they couldn't be reached. I let them know through their website I would be reporting them to try to bring resolve. I got some generic statement stating they would help. I didn't follow through because I have learned this company has scammed thousands if not millions of consumers through reviews posted on the internet. There are several reviews supporting CozzyHomes is a large scale establishment rooted in scamming people

The company promises beautifully quilted table runners, but delivers faded fabric prints with random stitching with dull, uneven borders that bear little resemblance to the advertised product. Returns for refund were denied. They spout a generated line about variances in the product due to it's construction but it's a complete "bait and switch" scam. I have witnessed others complaining in the reviews but these never stay up long. The ads come on during gameplay on varioys sites. I post a warning, with pictures, whenever I can but the negative review never stays posted.

In searching the internet for a holistic ear candle store this came up as a wholesome farm that specializes in beeswax candles from their farm and shipping within five days from their farm. Well almost a month later I see it’s coming from Hong Kong. I writing to the company they admitted they didn’t have them from their farm. I asked for them to not deliver them to me and to stop shipment from Hong Kong as I would never use them due to them pulling false advertising and that I need to be able to certify what is in candles. When they finally came a month later even after telling them to stop and not deliver they shipped them from Texas of all places and they were smashed and broken. I was able to contact them by chat and they never got back to me after sending emails many times. These are nothing as advertised on their website. They don’t even exist in WY

I ordered a leather blazer from Leathers Wear utilizing a measurement chart on their website on 18 Jan 25. I ordered the jacket using their measurement and received the jacket on 2 Feb 25. When I received the jacket, it was too small and poorly made. There was a rip in the lining on one of shoulder seams and I could not even get it buttoned. I tried to contact the company by email, telephone, and also using their request form for a return authorization number to return the jacket for a refund. The company, to this day, has not replied in anyway.
