This company sent a letter after we registered our will with Montgomery County. They must have obtained our information and asking us to pay service fee of $109.50 for processing deed and property profile or something. It wasn't clear to me what they were demanding. Our attorney's office said this was a scam, using publically available info and made it looked like legit documentation.
