Received a phone call saying we owed money. Followed by email notices of threatening to send out a baliff to collect. We have no invoices or contract with this company. Never heard of them until the random phone call. We asked several times for them to provide a copy of a contract & invoices via email but they refused to provide these documents. They have now sent Dixon Commercial Investigators our info to collect what they say we owe. We have no record of ever doing business with Provincial Online Phonebook.

This company keeps calling and threatening to send me to collections

How do I stop the calls

They are telling me that my spouse that he authorized this transactions.

Ive asked repeatedly to hear the authorization call and never hear it. They keep telling me that im responsible for any actions happening with my business.

Theyre insisting i send them an email money transfer to [email protected]

They want me to send them all sorts of personal information…like thats gonna happen

I have reached out to all necessary legit businesses involved to have this rectified

In the last hour we’ve received 5 phone calls.

Please be extremely aware. If they call terminate the call immediately

They are sending businesses invoices for $500-$800 with claims it is a digital, online listing- however when they first call, they tell you they are with the phonebook and simply "confirming your business information' - then they send you an invoice from them and they are not with the Direct West Phonebook or mysask411 - no, they are their own business and now they think you should pay them for services rendered which you never authorized.

The website is terrible and their social media is simply sharing business info - they then claim you authorized them to do that which is why you are being invoiced.

I called many businesses listed- they all confirm that is what happened to them.

Now the company harasses you with calls to pay your bill and threaten collections.

I even tried to confirm if the GST# is real and on the CRA website it cannot confirm it is.
