I was online and an advertisement popped up with Oprah Winfrey. She was advertising for PROZENITH. I thought because it was Oprah.. That the product was legit. It said you can only pay with a credit card. I only had a debit card.. So I clicked into CLICKBANK. Thinking I could pay with that. It went through. It took my money right away. I knew it was a scam when someone called me and wanted to help me with the diet supplement. I asked him if this was the legit supplement I ordered. That had the 4 ingredients to help make you lose weight. And if Oprah advertised this. He said he knew nothing about Oprah or the ingredients. And that this supplement has been around for decades. That’s how I KNEW this was a scam!

Along time AI generated story with Oprah about pink salt. Losing weight then basically

selling you useless capsules to loose weight. A refund policy of 60 days no problem

when asked for refund got nothing except excuses. Very poor excuses cost 425.00

Infomercial showed Oprah Winfrey pushing the product. The product was to contain 4 ingredients and when it arrived the capsule contained only turmeric. Company doesn’t respond to email requests for refund.

I watched a interview on Facebook with Oprah and a Doctor talking about the pink salt trick for losing weight. Oprah said she had used it and lost weight. In the interview, they went over the ingredients in the supplement and I wrote it down. The product I received, Prozenith, does not have any of those ingredients.

i ordered 6 bottles of Prozenith which turned out to be Turmeric not the other ingredients advertised. I called about returning the product and followed the directions. I sent them back the same day they were received (8/1/2025) The postal tracking shows that it was received on 8/5/2025 at 11:20 AM. I have not received a refund to my credit card. I called customer service today and was told that I must go to email to initiate the refund. I was told this system was started a week ago. I believe this is a scam.

After watching a long video with Oprah Winfrey in it, I ordered this product it was to contain natural herbs, etc. for weight loss. The product I received only had turmeric in it also unfortunately I am highly allergic to turmeric. Been trying to return the product for a refund. Getting a big runaround. I returned the product and still have received nothing. Still trying to connect for a refund. In contacting their customer service they gave me an email address that would handle refunds. It goes nowhere.

Purchased product which advertised money back quarentee. Within timeframe I asked for refund. I was asked by Rep to continue to use product past the 60 days "because the actually deadline for a refund is 180 days" to see if it would work. I agreed. The product had NO affect. I have sent over 25 emails. They respond with auto generated emails sending me the SAME email over and over asking me to fill out a refund form that doesn't go through because I am past the 60 days. I email back and they send another auto generated email telling me how sorry they are and to fill out the form.....

I'm not sure I have ever experienced anything so frustrating in my life. I have all the emails.

I tried to cancel within 15 minutes with the number on their payment web site. I called and left a message. A man recalled me and gave me a different number to call in the morning. I called the next morning and was told to email my request because he could not do that. This all took place Aug 26-28. There were several emails going back and fourth with a high pressure tactic to give me credit with counseling classes. I refused this credit and over and over requested a cancellation. On the 30th (mailing date of the 28th) my package arrived and I will be going to the post office to return to Aurora Colorado. The pkg was mailed to me on the 28th. The item could have been cancelled that same night. Also my credit card company informed me they sent me a fraud alert because of a double charge. The infomecial is a scam and an AI generated at that.

Weight loss product discussed by Oprah Winfrey and 2doctors researchers called prosenith. Sounded so authentic but when I received it was nothing but turmeric a common spice and not what was advertised. Turns out it was an ai generated Oprah. There was supposed to be a garaunteed refund if not satisfied but all they want to give me is a “credit” toward their counseling service. No matter how many times I told them I just wanted my refund they just repeated the same thing like it was a recorded message on a loop. No refund. . No anything

I purchased 6 bottles of Prozenith based on an ad I saw featuring Oprah Winfrey endorsing this produce for weight loss. The product consisted of 4 ingredients. One of which was Pink Salt. When I received the product, the only ingredient was Tumeric and after further research discovered that this was never endorsed by Ms. Winfrey. I went online to the support site which was ClickBank. They told me they had no record of my purchase. I called the support number on the receipt and was told to go to the support page which let me right back to ClickBank. They website promises a money back guarantee but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Watched the sales pitch on a video. The product was backed by a t.v. Personality. Tried to cancel the order with phone calls and e-mails to the web site. Just getting the run around. Will not give return information or authorization code.

I purchased Prozenith in July 2025 was refuned half of my original amount of $300 and was told the product would not work for me because of my age. Was told they would return the remainder. I have been trying to get the refund for more than 2 weeks with no luck. This is a scam!!
