Man called and said he was John Anderson from the Publishing Clearing House, and that I had won 10.5 Million Dollars and a new Navigator Cadillac. Said I needed to send $495 to Atty Lavonne Murphy in Arizona City, Arizona, before 2:30 pm, because Publishing Clearing House will be at my door at that time.

The consumer received a phone call from someone saying he was from Publisher's Clearing House and that she had won 7,500,000. He said she had to send 699.00 for taxes, in advance, and they would bring her winnings to her.

After she ask for name, Full address, phone#, date of Birth, then she sent me a list of amounts of I send her from $500 I would get $10,000, $1000 I would get $100,000 so & so I explain to her I didn't have the money she kept messenging me on & on when I can send the she showed me a video on her giving away the money I mentioned in TV people seem so surprise it's as though they were actually surprise w/o knowing about giving them money...she said they did. I thought maybe I need to check with the ScamPulse.com.

On my phone texting my friend and I got this message saying I won $200,000.00.  His name was Alex, please call him at 727-247-9858.  Called him immediately wondering how could I have won any money, I didn't purchase anything from Publisher's Clearinghouse.  Alex told me it was my lucky day, all I had to do was send him $400.00 either by purchasing a gift card or itune card.  Within 12 hours I would get my $200,000.00 by Brink Truck, Mercedes Car, he would deliver them personally.  Once he receive my $400.00.  That sound kind of fishy to me, so I call the BBB.

My dad keeps getting calls from someone saying they're with Publisher's Clearinghouse. They said that he won the jackpot of $1 million and a new BMW. They didn't ask him for money but asked him to open up a new banking account at his existing bank.

I received a random phone call on my cell phone from 876-316-8119 he said his name was James Wilson and said that I won 14.1 million dollars keep it to myself don't tell anybody in our family members he want me to write down all this information and how he didn't want to waste my time and I shouldn't waste his time and he gave me my winners number was 115593USA. And how Uncle Sam and the FBI see you were coming to my house with balloons and a whole bunch of gifts for me and my family and they were going to insure it for one point they are insurance for 99% and I had to do the 1% which came to $2,500 make sure I have the $2,500 before they would bring me the four point million dollars. They wanted to know if I was at work or at home.. And when the time would not work out he said he had to talk to Uncle Sam about meeting me tomorrow there in Madison Wisconsin and this money was going to change my life and he was so happy to congratulate me.

I got a call from someone with an Indian accent who said I had won a cherry red Mercedes and $5.5 million. I told him I played the PCH games years ago so there was no way this was legit. He said information stays in the system for 10 years which is how I won. He didn't say I had to send any money and then said it was all taken care of with the IRS too. Scam!

I received a call on my cellphone from a guy claiming to be with the Publisher's Clearinghouse. He said I had entered with my telephone number and that I was 1 of 149 people selected to win. I was told I had won 1.5 Million dollars and a 2018 Mercedes convertible. I was asked to stay on the phone with him and go to Walmart to pay the $400 processing fee. When I asked the guy where he was calling from he told me New York, New York but his number show's as Jamaica and he had a thick Jamaican accent. I explained to him that I never entered the sweepstakes and hung up. A few minutes later he called my husband's cellphone with the same offer except this time he wanted $500 as the processing fee. He is very convincing. When I said I would need to confer with my daughter he tried to urge me to just surprise her with my winnings and new car and that I should be independent and self reliant.

The scammer pretended to be an agent of Publishers Clearing House. A fake letter was sent along with a request to send $2,000 to receive the prize. The person followed up with an email and several phone calls

Caller said to go to Wal-Mart and send $485 to claim sweepstakes prize of 5.5 million dollars and a free car. Asked the caller to call back at 6 p.m. when daughter would be home from work and they called numerous times prior to 6 but did not call at 6 p.m. Around 9 pm Central time they called repeatedly for about 15 minutes but have not called back since and no money was sent. I received a call from someone claiming to be with Publishers Clearing House. Stated I won $2.5 million. They pay 99% of taxes through the gaming commission. Requested $399 upfront payment to pay 1% taxes. I would receive my check. Wanted me to send the money by credit card debit card or money order. Their phone number is 888-260-6811. My caller ID showed Publishers Clearing House. Phone number 800-542-9453. I did not send any money. I did not think it was right to send money to win a prize. Want to warn the elderly people.

I got a call from a Man, saying I won $750000 from a sweepstakes. But I had to send $7500 to get the money. Lloyd of London needed to insure the money while in transit to me, and I needed to send blank money orders.

I recd a call at 1:10 PM today from Mary Sider who stated I had won the lst prize of 2 1/2 million dollars. She gave me check claim no. 850077PC and pkg code no. US10000. She wanted me to pay a fee of $345.38. I questioned her about the fee and requested she send me information that prove they were legitimate. Mary wanted to send me info on my cell phone or computer or fax but I did not have any of those.

So she wanted to meet me at the bank that use and she would meet me there in an hour. She had accent and I could hardly understand her.

I decided to call the ScamPulse.com and found out the 876 area code was in Jamaica.

A man named Joseph M. Revimeck Jr. called me and told me that I won $500,000 with Publisher's Clearing House. He said I just had to send them $500 as a cashier's check and call him when I sent it. I acted gullible and got his information because I knew it was a scam. It just didn't sound right.

I got a call from "Publisher's Clearing House" saying that I had won millions. I was to send a check for $872.25. He gave me a code word or phrase that was to be used when someone would call me "Holy Bible 101." I was supposed to send the check to Brenda Brice. He also put me online with the lawyer for Publisher's Clearing House.

Name given (Christine White- not sure if male or female) initially called on June 24, 2018 claiming I won $500,000, $7,000/week for life, and a 2018 Mercedes Benz. At that time, they said didn’t need ss#, d.o.b., or anything else, but would call back tomorrow to claim prize. They called back on June 25, 2018 and said I needed to pay $120.00 at Walmart to customer service for claim fee & Walmart would give me $7,000 cash. They also said the representatives at Walmart would not know anything.

Also, claimed their Headquarters was located in Port Washington New York & mentioned something about US Customs.

My wife and I received a call that popped up as Kingston, JM. The caller said his name was Franklin Myers and he was with Publishers Clearinghouse. He said we won $2.5 million and would just have to send $800 from a Walmart to Dallas. We told him we didn't have $800 to send and he said he would try to get some sponsors to reduce the price. When we heard that we would have to send money we called the ScamPulse.com who said we'd never have to send money to win money and PCH never calls to inform people about winning.
