Type of a scam: Counterfeit Product

Online Purchase

Similar to other complaints. I ordered product, they billed me $299.70 and when I called to cancel they said I didn’t apply promo code of 50% off. They fixed it and I was refunded $149.85. To receive this promo I had to agree to auto delivery. They recently notified me that my monthly order was being sent and showed the charge of $299.70 again.. I contacted them again and told them to cancel which they did but I would have to pay for the order that was just processed and could not return the product. I found that the order didn’t ship until two days after I contacted them.
This is a scam product and company.

Ordered product and immediately realized PureJoy charged me 3 x what was advertised. Instead of the 69.00 as advertised, I was charged 149.00(included shipping). Immediately called Purejoy to cancel. Spokesperson said she could not but would give me a discount credited to my bank account of up to 50.00. I refused and stated I did not want the product-to cancel. Spokesperson stated i had to send an email. Sent email within 7 minutes of ordering the product. Stated I did not want the product and to cancel my order. Person returned my email within 4 hours and told me the product had been shipped immediately upon the order being taken. Offered me up to 50. credit in my bank account. I refused and stated I did not want the product and to stop the process. Was told it couldn't be stopped-too late. Called bank and was asked to wait until Monday 18th to see if company would stop the order. Company did not. Bank asked me to file this complaint. Last word from the company was that I could return the product but would be charges a 50 restocking fee.
