If you move your house stuff don't get trapped with these people .
His name is yousuf..I called him for moving stuff from my house ..he said he will charge 45 dollar per hour ..I agreed he came with two people and ask me to pay 300 dollars advance and will repay if hours are less..I paid them ..later he asked me to sign the contract ..I read that it was written I need to pay 1500 dollars after this ..I got cautious and refuse not to go ahead and refund my money he said money can't be refunded .I spoke to my neighbors they said it was good idea I dint allow them to pick items else I would have to pay 1500 dollars
When I said IAM gonna call police he said do whatever u want we don't care and abusing me like you bloody indians..many other abusive language..his truck has no number plate

- They war supposed to come early before 9 am but ended up coming at 5.35pm.
- Upon arrival, Ben immediately requested for a $200 deposit and I had to run to the ATM to get get since I do not carry cash. when I came he old me $300 deposit.
- After loading the truck and driving a few minutes they veered off and pull over at the Petro Canada at Sheppard and Kennedy and demanded an extra $200, without which they will not move. After paying that, he then asked me to Waite 5 min then came up with another bill ($729.67) after 30 min. I got furious and called the police. Two cops showed up, but after 2 hours mediation, they told me there is not much they could do, that they are are of their scamming activities but there is no grounds for arrest since I signed the contract that my option may be to either go to small claims court or is the items are not valuable, I should leave it with them.
My furniture was high end and worth more than $15,000 but I chose to abandon, and drove to Bowmanville. CCTV camera footage shows what they did no my furniture was horrible. By the next morning, people had stolen all the remaining valuables.

I am surprised the police spoke to both Joseph and Mike and has them to report to the Sheppard and Kennedy immediately but they never showed up at the time that I left around 9.30pm. Evil thrives when good people do nothing.

They did end up dropping the items on the pathway outside the original pick up point,. If they hadn’t they would have been charged with Theft. I do feel violated, I find people that can sit at a table and plan how to best steel from others is very very sad. I will search out these guys in detail, let me know if you have any names numbers and i will keep you copied, we may not get our money back but we just may help put these horrid people behind bars. By the way these guys were known to the police. You may be please to know that our terminal dog is massive and very scary looking, I know he is a pussy cat and would not hurt a fly but the two guys in the truck were petrified of him, and I failed to do much to reassure them.

I had to move from a 1 bedroom apartment to a storage facility (just 7.8km away from my apartment).
I had a verbal contract with some guy names Joseph who confirmed that it was $45/hour which includes 2 men+ 1 truck. He told me that $45/hr was total money for everything combined. He said I have to pay for a minimum of 3hrs of labour + 1hr travel time.
The 2 men got here and asked for $250 deposit upfront. Then they gave me a receipt. They loaded the truck and kept dropping several Fragile boxes, TV and other valuables (even though everything was labelled). I have a video footage of all this. Then they started driving the truck and asked me to follow them in an Uber. They kept stalling us and going in wrong direction, even my Uber driver was baffled and advised me to call the cops. Then they made a stop at a gas station. Then they drove off very quickly. We couldn't find them for 15 minutes. Then they called me and asked me to meet them at a random gas station in opposite direction of my destination. I asked them why they went to 2 different gas stations and they said "We didn't like the first gas station". I met them at the 2nd gas station and they asked for another $150 deposit because apparently our time was up. They intentionally drove us around the city so that our time would be up in the middle of our journey. I paid another $150 ($400 total deposit so far). Then he made us wait half hour because apparently his manager was sending him a bill. Then he made a total bill of $1221.02 and said that unless I pay the remainder $821.02, he won't drive us to our destination. They blackmailed me for this money and they had my belongings in their truck so that gave them the power to blackmail for for a high amount. I didn't want to deal with them or stoop down to their level so I paid. Then they drove to the storage facility and dumped all my stuff right outside. Even after getting $1221, they left all my stuff outside and refused to carry it to my storage locker on 3rd floor. Then they drove off. I (5'3 woman) and my elderly father who is a heart patient carried all the stuff to the storage unit ourselves. The police advised that we do a civil court case against them. I have several eye witnesses as well as video footages. I am looking for more people who have been scammed by this moving company so that we all can sue them together. This just happened to my boyfriend and I yesterday. We called the cops and the cops came and gave them a bunch of tickets for other things (the driver’s licence was expired and there were some things wrong with the car), but they were unable to do anything about getting our stuff back. Since the police came I imagine they are able to tell us who the truck is registered to, plus we have them as witness to what happened along with our two concierge at both buildings who saw how are stuff was handled. They also hit and broke a pipe at the building they came to pick up our stuff at. I have pictures and text msg exchanges too which I plan on sending to local newspapers. I would like to look into the option of filing a civil lawsuit - would you be interested in this?

This is scam that has been illustrated by a moving company. The company operates under different names but mainly by Quebec inc corporation. They use multiple phone numbers (416 471 0807, 514 700 2814, 647 267 7105, 416 420 6929.) they post ads on Kijiji advertising low costs and no hidden fees. In my situation I had asked for 1 truck and 2 guys. It was simple math. 50h per guy. As they arrived they demanded a deposit. Which was fine. 400h. Ok. Please note that I was moving from a storage 10 by 20 to a house. All the furniture would of fit in one truck. Upon arrival they managed to distract my attention ( after the driver hit the door of the storage unit) and then proceeded to get a second truck into the storage, advising it would replace the first one. They need another deposit of 200. Now please note that once they had my deposit and I didn’t want to sign for the second truck the threatened to keep my deposit and dump my furniture on the floor. So ok, not realizing they quickly added more ppl but the second truck is now empty. One worker presents me with a bill for 700. Ok I ask if that’s all. They say yes. We leave. Now they make a stop I’m not sure why but they pull into a gas station and another guy gets out another truck and presents me with a bill for 1500. So my deposit plus 700 plus 1500. They are threatening to leave with my furniture if I don’t pay. I have to call the police. My report number is ***. The police arrived and I explain that I’m being scammed. The police seemed familiar with the scam. They advised that at this point they can’t do much but if the movers want to leave with my furniture it would be theft. So I call family to help me out with money. Please note it’s Sunday night and as I’m trying to gather money together to get my belongings back then are threatening me that they will add another 400 to the bills for waiting. The police interviens and advise the movers that I’m only paying what’s owed. This goes on for 3 hours. I get extorted for almost 3000 dollars and they finally dump my furniture in front of my door. Refusing to take it inside. Please note I’m 8 month pregnant also and couldn’t do much of carrying.
I know it’s a long stretch to write this email. Nit just the thought that they could be out there right now extorting anyone else and scamming them for their hard earned money hurts. I tried reporting this company to the better business bureau but cannot find them listed online. I added some pictures for proof. If we can warn ppl are at least help someone from making the same grave mistake that would be all I want. After the incident I was hospitalized for high blood pressure and pregnancy complications. I’m currently still at *** *** *** writing this email. Below are some pictures included. Thank you
