I parked in a spot near a boba shop named Summerfield Tea Bar in Rowland Heights. It was an apartment building parking but there were no signs in front of them that indicated it was. As many people have in other reviews of the company they just wait for you to go inside the boba shop and they just take your car and make you pay over $700. Just to get your car back and that doesn't include the fee to uber to the place all the way in Pomona.

I was out on a date with my boyfriend and we parked in a parking lot with no signs around whatsoever regarding to tow the car if : xyz... we proceeded to go down the street to a liquor store for less than 10 mins and we come back though my boyfriends car already lifted ready to be taken away, in TEN minutes that is impossible. when confronting the man towing the car we asked what the reason was, he proceeded to say that the parking lot owner has him there ready to tow cars at the owner's expense of $300 dollars. if we did not want to pay it would be $800 !!! to take it out their lot. after looking at their GOOGLE page we are not the only people this has happened too. many other people share their experiences of the same thing; as well as random tow drivers with this company's tow trucks taking CARS ILLEGALY in the city of Covina, Pomona, Ontario and city of industry. the driver asked for APPLE PAYMENT to be made to drop the car. which company uses apple pay to accept payment??? a scamming business! they also did not use the phone number listed on their website it was in fact an area code 626 number
