We were told that we had a buyer for our membership so all transactions and paper work were handled by Property Management and HH Processing through this whole process, then the last straw was when we were told that our monies were being held hostage!!! by Mexico.
We have complied with all of Mexico's demands starting with $5,225.00 for the license fees.
Then it was for $12,141.00 for taxes, then $4,900.00 for escrow fees, then $20,261.34 to have Customs release monies due to us. NOW, Citibanamex bank has seized our monies and our demanding $41,000 to buy a bond to release our funds. Each demand was told to us by Real Estate Properties Management and HH processing.
We have documentation for all monies wired to Mexico and all transactions with HH Processing.

We are on a fixed income so paying the monies so far in dealing with this transaction
has really taken a toll on our every day living. There is no way we can pay the $41,000
to Citibanamex Bank to release the monies due us.
