Complaint Against Red Rose Marketing and Owner Larry Ryan for Fraudulent Business Practices
The contract stipulated a 12-month term with the option to terminate if a minimum of 5 booked calls with shipping prospects was not achieved within the 90-day trial period. However, Red Rose Marketing failed to provide qualified calls and misrepresented the revenue share. Moreover, they failed to net double the initial investment within the term, entitling Narmca Trucking International LLC to a 100% refund on services provided.
We urge you to address this malpractice immediately and take appropriate action against Red Rose Marketing. If the refund of $1000 is not made, we request that the company be blacklisted across various platforms and channels on the internet. We fear others falling victim to their scams and fraudulent activities as they continue marketing to lure more unsuspecting clients.
