I purchased 2 items from the website. I want to return one. I have emailed 4 times, no response. Their website states returns are easy: At Regal Maison, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Below, you will find our Refunds & Returns Policy, which outlines the guidelines for returning products to us. Returns Eligibility: At Regal Maison, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items that are returned in their original packaging. However, we do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse.

I do not want the INTELLIGENT MOTION SENSOR WALL LAMP × 1 (3 pieces). Your website was unclear in how it was mounted. Website states: Easy Installation: Installing our wall lamp is a breeze. You don't need to be an electrician or handyman. Just follow our simple instructions, and you'll have it up and running in no time. The product needs to have an electrician to install. It has to be hardwired. Total misrepresentation of the product. I would like to return.

I have gotten no answer after multiple times emailing. Dead silence from company.
