Always has deals slightly too good to be true, asks for rental application fee up front before even a tour. Verrrrry likely just phishing your data and stealing your 15 dollars.

This site offers rentals such as apartments and rooms for rent. Its a scam. They make you fill out an application for $*** which includes basic information such as address but also social security number and license. They also have you upload a copy of your license and last pay stub as part of the application process and your credit card gets charged. But nothing happens. No one contacts you or emails you ever. I filled out the contact us part many times but never got a reply or email. They also have you register to access your account and status but nothing ever happens. Total scam. Only lost $*** but the application has my personal information like social security and license number including birthdate. Funny thing is I researched the company before filling out the application and got no negative results or complaints online. Actually found hardly anything on them. They are called Regional Rental Application and have this info at the bottom of their page: Regional Rental App 2006-2016 Utilizing REO Prep's Real Estate Software. Hope this helps someone in the future.
