I received a phone call on my cellphone from Reinhardt Legal Group that was blocked by my carrier but they were able to leave a voicemail. The voicemail states: This message is solely intended for. This is the final message from Reinhardt Legal Group. Our firm has been retained regarding legal action that is currently filed against you. You or your attorney must contact our office today. Once you receive your summons by law. We can no longer speak with you regarding this case, after a court date has been provided, you must appear, or further action will be taken, that can include additional charges. Please call our office today at 866-574-7312. Once again this is a final notice. Thank you.

Not only did they not call my cell phone number, but they had the audacity to call one of my family members phone numbers. To Witch, I called them back and the so-called David Greer was extremely hostile to me and his manner of tone over the phone and would not even let me get two words in. He even went as far as to hang up on me. And then when I call him back, he has me literally crying so hard that I can hardly breathe with a hateful things. He’s saying to me basically pressuring me, and attacking me for money from a collection agency that I cannot remember.
Wanted me to pay him $300 by today, I’m a single mom with two kids and can’t afford that and it seemed fishy how he was acting because it’s extremely unprofessional for him to talk to me the way he was and also to hang up on me.
His buddy, that was there working with him supposedly, her name was Judy Smith, she wasn’t any nicer as well.

He was a complete narcissistic jerk with a lot of rage and anger inside of him, which tells me he talks to other women like this all the time. He completely ruined my day yesterday having me think that I owe them money, I went through a complete panic attack and anxiety meltdown because of this yesterday.

Calls come from (505) 234-7730, which I believe is from Reinhardt Legal Group. I blocked the calls as they were coming in daily. After being blocked, I have received two voicemails that say the following: "This message is solely intended for. This is a final message from Reinhardt Legal Group. Our firm has been retained regarding legal action that is currently being filed against you. You or your attorney must contact our office today. Once you receive your summons by law, we can no longer speak with you regarding this case. After a court date has been provided. You must appear or further action will be taken that can include additional charges. Please call our office today at 866-574-7312. Once again this is a final notification. Thank you."

Reinhardt Legal Group left a voicemail on my cell phone and stated I was being sued. When I called to explain it was not me, they began to give all my mother's information, including her date of birth and social security number. But, the address they had on file was mine and I was listed as "the child". They stated the court has a filing against my mom and I am included on the loan default and they have been attempting to serve papers to my address. They then berated me, called me uneducated and a bitch and told me to go back to school. I called to talk to an attorney and not the woman answering the phone and she told me she was reporting me to the courts??? For what? She wanted me to pay to avoid going to court. Neither my mom nor I have any court cases on file with the county.
