I saw a youtube pop up ads and ordered one item for $42.95. Upon seeing bad reviews, I immediately cancelled.

The merchant had 6 days to cancel but did not cancel. It lied it shipped immediately.

Later on, it claimed it shipped 6 days after the formal cancelation, but nothing came.

It is refusing to refund despite many protests.
