I am so frustrated with the website Ribistore.com.

I too made a purchase of $150 on August 14th and have yet to receive my item. I have tried emailing the seller DAO VAN VINH ([email protected]) and have gotten no response.

The crazy thing about it is, I bought this same item back in May and received it in 7 days but when my relative wanted one I jumped on the chance to get if for her as a birthday gift. Needless to say, my money is gone and no product. Both times I ordered, I payed through PayPal, so I have filed a claim with them to see, pray fully I get my money back at least.

Oh did I tell you, now the Ribistore website is shut down and another webpage disclaimer pops up to tell you it was a fraud page smh. Now where were they when I use that website to make my purchase. This is madness and I am frustrated.

Please spread the word that no one else is taken by this organization of crime.

I initially purchased a product on veluxi.com. When payment went through to Paypal, the "seller's" name was DAO VAN VINH ([email protected]) and the website listed for this seller was ribistore.com. I did not purchase a product through ribistore.com, but upon further investigation, there are many red-flags on the ribistore.com website (e.g. the About Us page has many errors, claims to be a watch seller and sneaker seller, and boilerplate language about an About Us page). Ribistore.com also appears to have been created in April 2020, soon after quarantine began. I also reported veluxi.com through the Better Business Bureau. I believe the two sites are linked and fraudulent.

I order a bissell steam cleaner and they took 189.99 out of my bank account and I haven’t received the product that I ordered, called many times and left messages and also emailed many times no responds back.
